First time stop in this quaint little establishment in a rural town in southeast Nebraska. Sat when first walked indoor as not busy. Numerous meal specials listed on a smear board in addition to menu delivered by waiter. We decided to get the mondo size 3-egg omelet loaded with all the vegetables, jalapeños, onions, peppers, cheese, mushrooms and more with rye toast. One of best omelets I’ve ever had anywhere and for

Susan, the waitress and Wilma the cook, might be Pawnee Cities gem that no one knows of. The place is always packed and for a couple of young girls / ladies they do an amazing job. Plan a trip and set a spell. The owner, a older gentleman keeps things going, even when it's packed.

was here management yelling at staff in front of all customers. made my family very uncomfortable so had to leave and came to Casey's to get food.
