“Stopped by Winchester’s Saloon and had a great time. The place has a real laid-back vibe, cold drinks served quick, and the food came out hot and tasty. The burger I had was cooked just right and the fries were crispy. Staff was friendly, music was good, and the whole atmosphere made it a spot I’d come back to. Perfect place to relax with friends after a long day.“

“This is a great family operated lunch room where a person can order made from scratch lunch food fast. It's been a Grand Island specialty for almost 100 years owned by the same family. The main stays are chili, onion and mustard topped (Wimmer's) hots dogs, hand made hamburgers, old fashion hand made shakes and malts, hand cut fries, greek style chili and beans, soda pop served in bottles. Voted by thetakeout.com as the best in the state. The place gets quite busy on Saturdays but not bad on week days.“
