First of all, the order took 30 minutes to be ready. I’ve arrived to pick up my order and two girls working at the counter, told me that it’s not ready and I was told that they are working on it but indeed they were making walk in orders and leaving me for the last (I guess they prioritize people who does not tip them) I wont be leaving a tip next time and don’t plan on coming here anymore after seeing what my order looked like. While I was waiting, a walk-in customer entered and they took his order and prepared in front of me. After picking my late order that they made me feel like I’m getting a free meal without saying bye or sorry for being RUDE to a customer. I found out they did a sh..ty job by providing a single slice that I fed to my dog. If you are in this town and decide to get a Subway, I recommend going to bigger towns such as Norfolk, trust me it’s worth driving extra 15 minutes to get treated better and get actually what you intentionally ordered instead of full of disappointment.

Tried one of the new sandwiches. Italian meat and cheese with meatballs and marinara on top. Oh my, so very good. Really filling. I can usually eat a 12 inch. This one ended up being 2 meals. Even the leftovers were luscious. Drooling right now as I write this. Want another one soon.

Decal on the front door that says "Stay safe" but not a single employee wearing a mask ahhhh okay ?? we're still in a pandemic and these sandwiches are definitely not worth catching the Rona over mask up people keep your coworkers and customers SAFE

Went in 45 minutes before close to grab food to go and the guys working rolled their eyes at us before we even walked in the door. When I asked for a salad they looked at each other and we could tell they were just mad that meant they had to actually do their job and do more dishes. Just poor service.

Sandwiches are way overpriced for the quality....and why is it so damn hard to find a f'ing napkin?!?! They give you 1 and half the time they place it under the sandwich so the condiments ruin that one.
