I was at the same wedding as DeVan. I thought the food was fantastic and the staff were kind. I had a nice conversation (al beit brief) with the lady serving the chicken. The chicken had good flavor with the onions and peppers, and wasn't dry at all. Thank you for helping make the couple's night special.

They catered a wedding I recently attended and I gotta say... It was pretty awful. The chicken entree was so overcooked and dry it was barely edible, I thought there were supposed to be peppers and onions served with it but I got the skin of a red pepper and what was either congealed fat or some kind of tasteless cheese. The "baked steak" was bland, overcooked, dry, and just looked completely unappetizing. A more suiting name would be "precooked compressed ground beef patty, lightly breaded and then cooked again in the fires of hell until all flavor, moisture, and texture had been reduced to a sandy crumbling puck." How any business could be proud of serving such an item I do not know. Green beans were mush and the bacon was non existent. The shredded potatoes were probably the only edible thing on the plate, and I'm pretty sure they added all the salt that was supposed to go on anything else to them instead. At the end of the day my review is this. If you are going to offer catering service, especially for someone's wedding, you should be bringing your a game. Not a team full of people with scowls on there faces that you can tell couldn't care less. The demeanor of the employees and the quality of the food shows that TaylorMade Catering truly does not care about your special day, they just wanna throw some slop on your plate and make a quick buck. Have some self respect and some for the people you are catering too.
