The person who took my order was polite but not very reliable. I asked for a whopper without onions and jalapeños, they repeated it back, so I thought it was clear I did not want those items on my food. They ended up throwing extra jalapeños on the sandwich. What makes it worse is that I was the only person there, if they were busy I could understand the mistake but it was just pure laziness.

Okay so we normally don’t eat here because the staff always acts like you are bothering them but we decide on it last minute because the kids wanted it. I believe his name was Josh. He was extremely motivated and he had the best service we have ever received there. He was courteous professional and if he isn’t management he definitely should be.Side note I hope his name was Josh if not I will update.

The lady at the drive through wasn’t nice and didn’t acknowledge us when she gave us our food so we didn’t know if it was all of our food that she gave us.

I find her customer service skills are unfriendly. She’s not very nice when you go to the window she doesn’t give any eye contact or even acknowledges you She just hands out the food and stares at her screen. I was a manager in Moorehaven Florida for Burger King for over five years if my staff ever did this, I would send them home until they learn proper etiquette
