I've only recently started eating dq burgers. Why is this a secret? They are making the best fast food burger in town! I've come back 3 times in a week craving their burgers and each time it's been perfect. Why aren't they advertising this?! Eat their sugar cream if you want but I go for the burgers. I can't believe I've been missing out all this time.

So I went and got about $36 worth of food. That's 2 meals. Asked for no bacon on my sandwich because bacon makes me sick. Asked for 2 honey mustards for the chicken strip meal and I got all the way home and sat down to eat and I had bacon on my sandwich. Thats honestly no the problem though. I can pick that off. However there was no honey mustard at all. I checked the recipe and it says on there 2 honey mustards. I drove all the way there and right as I get there the lobby closed. So I had to get in the drive through line. The line was out to the street. I got cut off by 2 people and cussed at by another. All I wanted was honey mustard. This is very frustrating as I just got off work and wanted to just relax. I normally would not make a big deal out of it but it seems every time I go there and get something they cant do simple things. I know that I'm very clear with instructions as I know how it sounds from the inside. Just very frustrated and honestly not a great experience.

Ordered two deluxe double cheese burgers online. I got one. I told them I ordered two and showed them my online order. They said that means two cheeses. I asked why are there pictures of two double cheese burgers, they said they could add another cheese burger to my order. Will not return.

Whoever was working this shift tonight gave me the BEST experience I’ve had at Dairy Queen, matter of fact the whole fast food industry. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, being the most kind they could ever be. I usually ask for extra fries instead of bread and they actually gave me a good amount of fries for the loss of my bread. The manager should give every working there last night a raise, because that staff right there is like a NBA team with how good they are working with many factors.

These "professional" associates made me late on my lunch break. Took them 20min to tell me nothing and slammed the drive thru window in my face, after I asked where my food was after paying. Went back after shift to get money back. No apologies from the manager and no coupons or free anything for my time and fuel costs. Rude. I will not be returning to this awful town.
