Never received what we ordered, ordered 12 piece, paid for 12 piece received 9. They had terrible service. I can never recommend this place to anyone.

This location is in SERIOUS need of new management. If you can get service at the drive through you still have a 15+ minute wait, minimum. It's chronically understaffed and most time they don't even have drive through service! I save time driving to Bellevue for KFC or taco bell.

This was the worst food I have ever gotten. The biscuits were so hard you could barely take a bite and they tasted old. The tenders were inedible. They were the smallest tenders I have ever seen. They were over cooked but yet shriveled and old. I can only imagine how old. The taste was horrible. So $30 in the trash. Will never go there again.

Employee was very rude when asked for condiments after spending a hefty amount of money on a family bucket meal. Said she’d have to run my card again and charge me since I didn’t buy tenders.!?!? Didn’t even get any honey or butter for our biscuits. SMH
