Employee was very rude when asked for condiments after spending a hefty amount of money on a family bucket meal. Said she’d have to run my card again and charge me since I didn’t buy tenders.!?!? Didn’t even get any honey or butter for our biscuits. SMH

It was alright for being close to close when we got there however the guys working you could tell they absolutely love working there the additudes they presented I honestly won't return to this location for that reason I know the job don't pay them much but they chose to work there

Had to wait an insanely long time in the drive thru for two biscuits. The lady at the drive thru was rude and was shoving food out the order window at customers, not sure how hard it is to hand things out nicely. Like I said, ordered two biscuits… no butter, honey, anything. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this store but come on. Called the store to bring it up and they acted like I was in the wrong. Not worth stopping if you ask me.

The shift lead punching the counter at my mother because you put a DOT of sauce (we were told they have to “save product” but def charged the full extra price for adding it) is literally insane.
I always roll my eyes at the negative posts about this place but experiencing it myself was.. interesting. Do better.

The manager was very rude we ordered 2 12 piece chicken buckets but the manager said we don’t have enough chicken for that she was yelling at me when I said you are kfc you should have enough chicken than I was told I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. I said that is very rude
After a totally disappointing experience from the jfk drive location in Bellevue ne we decided to try the plattsmouth location. 180 degree difference the original recipe was delicious, moist, and tender. The first pic is from plattsmouth the second is from bellevue…big difference and you can tell who changes the cooking oil when needed

We've gone here to grab a quick bite from Taco Bell every once in a while, and it's ok. But tonight we got KFC... I think they are putting actual poison in this food. We have never eaten a meal from anywhere that was this disgusting. We couldn't finish our food and ended up tossing most of it. We haven't eaten KFC in a few years but I don't remember it tasting this bad. We went through tons of napkins to clean the grease off our hands from the chicken. I don't know how anyone could want to eat this garbage knowing how it tastes. Shut the KFC portion down and put in a Popeyes.
