I went to Plattsmith with friends and we went to Moms to eat. The food was great. We had hot roast beef which I love and it was the best I have had in years. The ladies working there were so friendly and fun. I live clear out by Valley, NE and I will drive that distance to eat here again. Really great American comfort food.
I was laying in bed craving biscuits and gravy and I remembered my neighbor mentioning how good the food was here.
The biscuits and gravy were outstanding! Big chunks of sausage, soft biscuits and served hot. The portion was larger than I expected...which is just fine with me.
This place is great and I'll be back for sure.

Love this place. It’s a step back in time with the atmosphere, food and service. Worth a stop while you’re in town.
I’m vegetarian so there isn’t much for me to eat but thankfully I’m not too picky outside of that.
