Rude service, went through this morning and did not get what I wanted. Misunderstanding on my part but when I went back through the girl there said they couldn’t do anything about my drink? Wrong. I work at scooters and you in fact could. Bad service on their part. 9:15 on Sunday morning in case you’re curious who was working.

Stopped here in Plattsmouth for coffee and breakfast. Very good Everything Bageland coffees, and then there was the waffle-sausage sandwich that someone just thru in a bag, upside down. Sausage patty was on the outside of the bun and it looked like someone in staff just didn't care how this sandwich was presented. I went back in and let them know and they offered to make another, but I declined.

They are always working hard to get everyone's orders out as fast as they can and correctly. Which they do a fantastic job of!. Love that they will accommodate the special asks on their pup cups for my 2 big Bernese Mountain Dogs also. Have always given great service and products to me at each visit.

Service was fast, the employee was very nice. I'm a matcha drinker, so I got the iced rose foam matcha. It was average. A little to sweet for me, but it wasn't terrible. My husband got the turtle latte and he enjoyed his drink. We got the new mini blueberries muffin bites to try. Muffin was soft, good flavor, sweet. Would pair really well with tea or black coffee to balance the sweetness.

The Monday through Friday crew that I see everyday is amazing day service and don’t make me wonder if my product is being played with but the crew on 10/13/24 @ 12:30 in the afternoon with the opposite . My food was handed to me with no napkins very rude service and it looked like my sandwich had been opened and played with ? There was a leaf in my coffee? $13 wasted this is why I don’t take my chances …
