Come here if you want to wait 400 years for a taco. Only car in the drive thru wait time is generally around 10 minutes. It’s be quicker to fly to Mexico and get something authentic to bring back home to eat. Pro tip: go to the location 10 minutes north on 370

It wasn't terrible food wise, and it wasn't their fault for the wait, but it was a long wait, because they are understaffed. Another thing that was slightly frustrating, their lobby says it closes at 9, and we got there at 825 and it was all locked up with them cleaning the lobby. Either their inshop hours listed on their door are wrong, or they closed up early, probably due to short staff. I think there were only 2 people working at the time. All the food came out right and tasted good, just was lacking in the service side, again, probably due to the amount of staff there.

I’ve given this place multiple chances and they always manage to screw up. Ordered supreme tacos with No tomatoes they stuffed with tomatoes ordered a chicken quesadilla it had very little chicken and no sauce and potatoes very disappointing. I think Taco Bell in Plattsmouth Nebraska should be shut down along with KFC it’s just as bad. I don’t want anything from them I just wish Amigos was closer they are 100 times better tacos are twice as big get on certain days for $1.

Ordered some food the beans tasted like fish and after we ate had multiple trips to the bathroom to puke food was gross and waited almost 25 minutes while being the only customer there

This business can't win. Their drive-thru has been ridiculiously slow nearly every time I've gone. Their taco bell menu is reliably okay, although I have gotten dried out tortillas. Everytime I have ordered off of their KFC menu, I have gotten chicken so poorly cooked that the sandwhich is borderline inedible.

Ashley had AWFUL customer service. We repeated our order 3 or 4 times and she still got it wrong, then argued with us when the receipt didn’t match what we ordered.
Chicken was cold. Mash potatoes and gravy were old. Took too long to get our food.
