Received gravy with no mashed potatoes $12 for chicken tenders that are tiny. Lady said I can’t have barbecue sauce cause I didn’t order chicken tenders witch I obviously did.she was very rude. But no surprise as almost every time I go there we have bad service,What else can you do when you want KFC or Taco Bell around here?

Came here with two friends and somehow this place managed to mess up every single part of the experience.
First off, we waited 23 minutes for my order. Not only that, but when the food finally came out, it was brought 10 minutes apart each time, so no one even got to eat together. What's the point of going out with friends if you're all just sitting there watching each other eat?
One of my friend's quesadillas was not even melted--cold chicken, cold cheese, basically straight out of the fridge. On top of that, one of my burritos was completely missing from the order.
When we asked about a refund, the lady at the front gave both me and my friend serious attitude and refused to refund it, saying they would only remake it. After already waiting forever and seeing how gross the food was, why would we want another one?
The place felt disgusting and unclean, and while we were there, people were waiting on their orders even longer than we were. Clearly this is normal for them.
Terrible service, terrible food, bad attitudes, and zero accountability. Do better.

Drive thru never gets orders right. Their Chicken is subpar. The Taco Bell food is ok. The building really isnt ADA friendly.

Don’t know how this place is even open at this point I had Taco Bell in Omaha and it was 200 Times better. Don’t waste your time hear the employees don’t care if your foods good. Honestly if you want something better go anywhere but here even if it’s burger king or the dumpster outside of Hyvee I’m positive you will find something 10 times more appetizing then what you can get here. The best thing for this location would be to just close the doors do plattsmouth a favor so we can get something worth it

they forgot to put the grilled cheese on my grilled cheese burrito. there was no cheese. all the people are so rude ive experienced maybe 2 nice workers. it took 10 minutes for my ONE grilled cheese burrito that they forgot to cheese.

I cannot believe that this place remains open considering the customer service and wait times they have through the drive-through. Today, August 22 I waited 19 minutes before I left and there were two cars in front of me.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Have given this place around 5 chances before posting this review. Just stay away and make the drive to Bellevue. Awful establishment.

If I could rate this negative stars I would. I used to work here and the chicken I had to bread cook and send out should never been sent out it was 5-6 days past expiration and even so I questioned it I was told it was fine. My mom who has a license to shut places down because she works at the commissary won't really eat here unless it's absolutely our only option. Plus the coolers are in somewhat disarray. I questioned my ethics for selling past expiration food especially chicken which is sickening to even do.
