Im glad the lobby is back open after a few years. I came in at 5pm on Saturday 5/31/25. Most tables were dirty and there was only two customers in the lobby.

I had an issue at another Dairy Queen so I left and came to this one. Kiara in the drive thru was extremely helpful and friendly!! Riley another coworker was very friendly too!! Thanks for being understanding!!

I went there for the chili foot long and found out they no longer offer it! That by itself was enough to leave...but I didn't and ordered something I ultimately didn't want. It was cooked correctly but charged .59 for additional dipping sauce, making a disappointing experience worse š BRING BACK THE CHILI FOOT LONG HOTDOGS!!
Donāt come to this location !! They forgot to add Oreos to my Oreo blizzard with Reeseās. I kindly asked to please remake my blizzard and the guy kept arguing with me saying they did add the Oreos even though you could clearly see the blizzard was white as snow no toppings maybe a few Reeseās but no Oreos. I will try a different location. I have been to different locations and this is the first bad experience. I will stay away from this location. The girls working there are not friendly and the guy rolled his eyes on me when I asked him to remake my blizzard. How disappointing due to Dairy Queen is a big franchise.

My family and I pulled up to the drive thru at about 9:40 and there was about 5 cars in front of us. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were the last ones in line as we pulled up to the speaker and the lights to the menu shut off and there was complete silence. My husband then said hello after waiting a few seconds and no one answered so he said hello again some what louder to which the worker replied āis their a reason youāre yelling at meā and he explained how long we had been waiting to pull up the lights being turned off. She said she was closing 10 min early since she only has 3 people working tonight which we found incredibly rude since we were the very last in line that she wouldnāt just take our order and was incredibly rude about it. Does it really take more than 3 people to make one last small order of fries and 2 blizzards?! Good customer service these days is so hard to find! We will not be back to this location again especially after reading other reviews!

Getting ice cream here is a hit or miss for me. I'll order a blizzard with marshmallow cream in it (I always ask for extra, it's liquid gold) and about 8/10 times I get no cream. Super disappointing. Like I'd rather just not have the blizzard then because the cream is the main reason I come here. And then why am I being charged for the cream and not getting any???

I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 Large Pumpkin Pie š„§ Blizzards. When I got home I right away noticed that my 4 blizzards only had minimal amounts of pie pieces and no amounts of Pumpkin Pie Spice flavoring and the visual color of the ice cream was vanilla. When I called back to inform a Manager on Duty all I got was endless ringing when I called them. So I tried calling again today and again no one answered their phones! I payed over $32 and will definitely tell all my friends and family to NEVER USE THIS DAIRY QUEEN LOCATION!!!! This is horrible way to treat customers!!!!!! Notice in the picture Iām providing of the same order from a different location and how vanilla this store is compared to a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard at another location from Washington St in Papillion, NE (Dairy Queen location)!!!
