It's obvious you have employees who don't know how to take orders. 1st time visitor ordered #3 combo got no drink or fries and it took manager to bring it talking about she didn't charge. Do better folks unacceptable won't be back all it takes is one bad experience ?

Tonight we ordered a large vanilla ice cream cone dippedchocolate. It looked like it was the first time anyone has ever ran the ice cream machine. It was not in the shape of an ice cream cone, and it looks like they ran out of chocolate because there's hardly anyChocolate dippingWe asked for a double cheeseburger, meals, ketchup and cheese only but of course they put everything on it, y'all need to do better.

Two minutes. Two minutes from the drive through screen to the drive through window and somehow my ice cream (which isn't even the right order) is a fully melted soup. I don't know if they have had a change of ownership or management but I have yet to have a single trip where they haven't messed up at least 50% of my order and still do so with a garbage attitude.
folks with super long hair and no hats or hairnets on. plus this one young boy had SUPER long fingergains. made me feel very uneasily about him handling my food.

I would give them a 0…They are horrible customer service.Everytime I have ordered a strawberry cheese quake they have never put the right amount of cheesecake bites and or strawberry plus even a small size the very top has it mixed but 3/4 and down it’s all ice cream.They never fix the problem as I have mentioned it to them several times. The owners really need to do something about their workers. They are terrible. Horrible horrible horrible! And I love Dairy Queen. But this one is shameful!

Went there to get both food and ice cream. After looking at the receipt, notice 6 piece chicken was $2 more that the menu board. Asked the employee that took our order about the overcharge, was told it changed a while ago and they just gotten around to updating the board. My husband asked to be given the price shown, was told she couldn't do that. Asked for supervisor, was told she kind of was, but still couldn't do that. Asked for manager, she called him/her and was told they would be there in about 15-20 minutes if we wanted to wait. Our order was to go do couldn't wait with ice cream (which was made incorrectly). Left our name/number, never heard anything back. Better look at your receipt next time you go there.

It was a very pleasant experience. The woman working the register was so kind and personable. My burger was delicious. The dining room was very clean. The bathroom needed some help. There was sticky stuff all over the floor in front of the sinks and some trash lying around on the floor. And the counter around the sinks was dirty.
