The customer service at this location is HORRID! They messed up my order last week, and I didn’t realize it until I was halfway to work, so when I was in the area this week, I decided to go back and tell them about it. I asked if they could just make me a new blizzard, and they said since I didn’t call them the very next day, they weren’t going to do anything about it. I even showed them where I ordered it on my app, and the manager said no and closed the drive thru window in my face! Really??? You are going to lose a customer over a blizzard? That is just Customer Service 101. The owner really needs to speak to their employees on how to provide good customer service. I will never go to this location again.

I ordered a Carmel moo latte which is supposed to have coffee in it. It tasted like cheap vanilla shake. Not even real ice cream.

Omg if you are a teacher do not go to the Dairy Queen on 84th and Harrison!!!!! For teacher appreciation week Dairy Queen is offering free blizzards for teachers. Apparently this location is not honoring this. Besides that when asked why staff was very rude, including a manager. The manager, Desiree, was extremely rude and told us yep I don’t care anyway. I only gave a one star because I had to in order to put a review.

This is now the third time going through the drive-thru, and not receiving what I ordered. I always order for my wife and I, and she always gets her flavor of Blizzard correct, but mine is always wrong. I ordered a S'mores Blizzard, and instead recieved a random peanut/peanut butter/caramel/little chocolate Blizzard. The other two times ordering, I recieved something COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. A little ridiculous

Went through the drive-through for Valentine’s Day, the lobby was closed. Now I get that you can make mistakes but with nobody in the lobby you have one job, make the meal/dish whatever is ordered and get it to the customer. I paid for a large Blizzard with extra toppings and didn’t get it, service was subpar. Won’t be going back to this location, gladly drive farther for better service and correct item.

Who in thier right mind wants a large blizzard that is 90% toppings. What a waste of $10. This is probably the worst DQ in town. This thing was horrible

Fries were cold, chicken strips were chewy. They weren't busy, it was near closing time but I would've waited the extra minute or 2 for fresh food. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
