I have been wanting to try this place - wasn't sure whether to get the pizza or spaghetti and had it in my mind that pasta was what I wanted. I have to admit that the spaghetti I received was pretty good - it's odd that it's served in an aluminum pie pan even when you eat in the restaurant but if I had leftovers - it would have been good to take with me. The flavor was really good and I have to admit I was not in the best mood about my choice - I don't think I have ever eaten pasta where you are not given a bread roll/stick/slice - but that's the way it is here. I felt like the bread options were a little much so I went without. If I ever order from here again, I would probably order it to go so I can assure myself some bread to eat with it at my home. I also think the pop is way overprice - a bottle of soda is 3.25 which is also the same price they charge for the fountains if you are eating in - lesson learned. I will get it to go and handle my beverages separately from what they have as options. Service was okay - I know they were trying. I did witness a situation with another table where they were very upset when they went to check and see where one of their items were and they were told that they had run out of that option so they gave them a substitute - they made it clear that that should have been explained instead of assuming this was okay - it's not okay to substitute without reviewing it with the customer and I have to say I agree.

This is the only pizza I will order in Omaha! It's so delicious and reminds me of the pizzerias back home in the north east (but better)! I would highly recommend! The hot Buffalo sauce is also prime wing sauce (imo) !

Frank's Pizza has delicious pizzas, sandwiches, sides, and desserts. We ordered the large pizza with half sausage and half pepperoni. We also tried the bread knots, meatballs, parmesan chicken sandwich, and cannolis. Each item was delicious. We especially enjoyed the marinara sauce flavor. The knots needed a bit more cooking time to not be so doughy, but everything else was perfectly cooked and tasty. Our kids loved the free games.

I just had some pizza. It was fine. The crust was really thick. Good, but thick. I’m trying to to have many carbs so I’ll have to see if they offer thin crust next time.

I love coming to this location for 2 things, Joe (the manager) and the skilled gaming corner. Joe is always so helpful and nice. The last time I went to play here, their Accel rep was there and she was so kind and informative and really knew how to do her job! 10/10 would recommend to eat and play here!

Great service! Pizza was good for the price and a salad and drink for $10 bucks. They also have it ready to go if you're on brake for work or can order fresh.

The pizza always looks good but I've only ate there once and got a calzone. It was HUGE and also really heavy; actually my son shared his with me. I'm not a big calzone person and really hope to actually try the pizza It's a nice casual place and the employees were nice.

7pm on a Sunday and the place was pretty empty. Service was A+. My only petty complaint is that they didn’t have an IPA on tap or bottle/can. Pizza was great thoughKid-friendliness: Free miniature arcade
Once again Joe and his staff knocked it outta the park. The baked ziti was deliciously cheesy. Highly recommend ordering it, if you have a pasta craving.Thank you.See ya again soonJef

I ordered the meat lover's pizza. The pizza was amazing except the crust was soggy. (Hence the 4 stars) The cheesy bread was wonderful as well as the garlic knots! The pretzel bites offered us a surprise. They aren't dough pretzels, but fluffy chewy bread. The beer cheese was great! Everything was piping hot and fresh out of the oven when I arrived!

This pizza joint is really good. The owners are really nice. Parking lot kind of sucks. They aren't stingy on the ingredients which is a plus

My calzone and marinara sauce were delicious. I can't rate the pizza as I didn't try any. But I'm giving Frank's 5 stars because 1. The beer and wine is only $3 each! 2. There is a whole wall of old arcade games that were free to play! This is an excellent option for keeping the kids entertained until the food comes out, as sometimes pizza can take awhile to cook. Our family came upon Frank's on the 4th of July when all the Mexican restaurants we drove to were closed, but it ended up working out perfectly.

We ordered the Sicilian Bronx. It was very bland. It was 1" thick and each slice is 3-4"x4". There were 12 slices total. The sauce was watery marinara and the toppings were very thin. It was more bread than anything. The cheesy bread wasn't too good. I didn't like the seasoning. The baked ziti pasta was pretty dry and more ricotta cheese than sauce. The best part about it was the meatballs (extra $2 for 3 meatballs). The meatballs weren't fake ones that you buy from a store... They were actually really good and tasted like real Italian meatballs.Honestly, it wasn't worth $60. Pretty disappointed.
