I went here and put our names in. They told us it would be an hour and forgot about us after an hour and 20 with three clean lanes ready to go. I’m sad because I liked this place, but I’ll never be going back.

They double charged me and will not give the money back. I told them in person they charged my card twice and they advised one charge will “fall off”. It didn’t and now I can’t reach them at all

Super fun! Super affordable! Came with some family from out of town who have never been here and they loved it ! the Staff here are Incredibly sweet, and friendly ! the environment is amazing I definitely recommend.

Bowling had issues restarting games. It's an old bowling alley. You won't be wow'd here, but the prices are fair and reasonable because of that.

Went there last night 7/19/2024 for my birthday with some friends and 4/5 paid for our first round early. Pins wouldn’t set up properly, asked the attendant. He fixed them and it kept messing up every single time it would reset the pins and put half down or miss a few or not put them down at all and they kept resetting it and I brought it to their attention and they said they had just filled up. And can’t move us. So I told them no problem we would wait while we ate the pizza(we had to order one because the kitchen was closed because their A/C was broken which they reluctantly let us) we ate for about 20 minutes and at that point we were roughly $36 and a hour or so in and had 2 very difficult frames to show for it so I kindly asked them if I could get a refund and the attendant told me they don’t do refunds and that because one of us did not pay yet that it “pretty much equals out” and they were “trying to move us” and a lane just came available after sitting in the very hot bowling alley for over an hour which they only said was available after I came and asked for a refund. after pushing back on that statement they offered me coupons and upon further inspection. You can’t use the coupons during Friday nights after a certain time. Which happens to be the time we were there. Oh and the coupons expired 5/1… of last year. Would not recommend this place. We spent $36 to sit down and eat a pizza in a hot bowling alley and struggle to play 2 frames.

Won’t let me reply to the owner so i guess i’ll just give another one star..! After complaining about a VERY unprofessional experience I had, I left a google review to bring my up my concerns (mostly to inform customers that their hours are not correct online or on the sticker on their doors). But my response from the “owner” simply said “Are you sure you are reviewing the right scorz? This doesn’t sound like the correct location.” As if there are multiple Scorz in ralston that look the exact same or something? I am not dumb and I despise shady business owners that try and manipulate and gas light customers. I don’t need to own a bowling alley to know that if a customer has an issue or complaint you simply just take care of it for them or TRY and apologize to them. This business obviously has reached its low point and maybe a new owner or some new business practices will help attract the people back.
