Waited in line for 15 min with one person ahead of me. Finished her order didn't acknowledge me and went straight to the back. 0 customer service and terribly understaffed. Walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I and friend went here this morning around 10am to the drive up lane. No one even answered the drive up when I kept saying hello hello hello. Sign said they opened at 9am. So I just left and gave another business my breakfast order. If no one is there remove open sign it's just rude ? bad business I will most likely try one that has someone to help Thanks

After a pool day me and my friends decided to go to subway. Immediately the atmosphere wasn’t pleasing but its fine. The only people in there were us. I ordered my food and the girl with reddish- blue hair seemed to be annoyed. I understand everyone has off days but it’s definitely not how you treat a customer. After eating my sandwich I was going to order ice cream. She asks what I want and I say jolted cow since they have a sign for it. Her tone was rude when she told me they don’t have jolted cow. I felt too uncomfortable to order and ended up just saying never mind.

there was a girl with blue and redish hair working and she had the biggest attitude ever I stood there and waited for 15 minutes just to get some icecream and they just ignored me and took all the orders around me and then she just walked away when my friend was in line and was being rude to her if you want to come here it's not worth it ?

employees are rude every time. drive through is always closed and when it’s open the employees are rude and make portions extra small. the bread is almost always crunchy and i never get it toasted. nasty and bad environment

I dropped by for a sandwich on Thursday around 8:30 and the lady running the drive thru was so kind. She had such a sweet voice and calmly talked through the ordering process. I felt like I needed to mention something because honestly her kindness and patience to me after I had such a long day brightened me up a bit. And when I asked for the most unholy amount of mayonnaise she DELIVERED.

Amazing the staff was nice and amazing I had to complete them of how good they were and their food.
Great food. Really rude people working there though. I was planning to go thru the drive thru but when i got there one of the workers came out and put a "Sorry please come in" sign on the speaker. Understandably it was really windy out I went, parked and placed an order on the app for curbside for a reason, I didnt want to go inside because I didnt have shoes on and didnt want to be embarrassed, criticized or even kicked out of the store for not having shoes on. So thats why I chose curbside, got done placing the order and called the restaurant just letting them know I was already here because i couldnt let them know on the app because I didnt pay attention to the time for pickup, I wouldve had to wait longer than 40 minutes so I just called them. They told me to come inside but I couldnt get a chance to tell them my situation before they hung up on me. So I called again and asked if I could recieve my order thru the drive thru window, and then I got yelled at by a female employee to come inside(dont remember if i hung up or they did) They did say it was really busy in there but answering a phone call takes about the same time to get someones CURBSIDE order out to their car. I work fast food and I would've came out and gave the customer their meal with NO HESITATION. But no these subway employees over there are just lazy and angry that a customer was asking them to do what they're supposed to do as subway employees. It doesnt matter if the building is holding maximum guests and they're pouring outside thru the doors to place their orders you still have to come out and give the customer their food that ordered CURBSIDE its part of your job
