We asked for ice cream after our meal. They told us they were out of every flavor we asked for except mint chocolate chip. They lifted lids and there was plenty of ice cream to scoop. They said they dont have malts as on the sign but could make a shake from the mint chocolate chip. That is the runniest shake I've had and tasted more like milk than the mint. We threw it away. Def wouldn't recommend. It is 520pm on a Saturday and we were the only ones in the store.

How many stars do you get when you are supposed to open 1 hour 40 minutes ago but you're still closed. Maybe missed daylight savings from a week ago?

ALREADY REPORTED THROUGH WEBSITE AND GOT EMAIL IT WAS RESOLVED WHEN NO IT HAS NOT BEEN AS NOBODY HAS COMMUNICATED WITH ME.
This is the first time we have ordered from this location. My husband and father don’t eat Jimmy John’s (bread is too hard for them) so I ordered them sandwiches ahead of time (around 11:30 am) to be picked up at 5. Upon arrival (5:15ish) the subs were still not done. I was greeted by Julian who asked me if I’d like a different sub as their meatballs weren’t warmed yet. I said no as it should have been called about if not able to make as it was supposed to be done earlier and ready to go. I had to stand around until that was made. I was handed the subs at 5:26 pm. I got home to grab my children, husband, and father to go to an event we were now running late to. My husband went to take a bite out of his sandwich and it was the hardest bread he’s ever ate. I immediately called the store to ask why they thought putting this sub on hard bread was going to be okay. I was told that he thought it was hard but they didn’t have any more bread prepped. That sometimes the bread holder doesn’t close all of the way which can make the bread hard. He apologized. I told him it was okay but I did want to be refunded for my sandwich and the whole experience was just uncalled for. Of course there was no manager in and every time I’ve called up he/she wasn’t in. I tried putting in a complaint online but got an email stating it’s been resolved when no it has not been. Nobody has called and nobody has communicated with me about the issue at hand. Subway has just gone completely down hill over the last couple of years. With having competitors galore, you’d think you’d get back to customers who prefer you; until they don’t.

Waited in line for 15 min with one person ahead of me. Finished her order didn't acknowledge me and went straight to the back. 0 customer service and terribly understaffed. Walked out and took my business elsewhere.

Fresh bread, nice guy, juicy Italian sauce!
I and friend went here this morning around 10am to the drive up lane. No one even answered the drive up when I kept saying hello hello hello. Sign said they opened at 9am. So I just left and gave another business my breakfast order.
If no one is there remove open sign it's just rude ? bad business I will most likely try one that has someone to help

After a pool day me and my friends decided to go to subway. Immediately the atmosphere wasn’t pleasing but its fine. The only people in there were us. I ordered my food and the girl with reddish- blue hair seemed to be annoyed. I understand everyone has off days but it’s definitely not how you treat a customer. After eating my sandwich I was going to order ice cream. She asks what I want and I say jolted cow since they have a sign for it. Her tone was rude when she told me they don’t have jolted cow. I felt too uncomfortable to order and ended up just saying never mind.

there was a girl with blue and redish hair working and she had the biggest attitude ever I stood there and waited for 15 minutes just to get some icecream and they just ignored me and took all the orders around me and then she just walked away when my friend was in line and was being rude to her if you want to come here it's not worth it ?

employees are rude every time. drive through is always closed and when it’s open the employees are rude and make portions extra small. the bread is almost always crunchy and i never get it toasted. nasty and bad environment

I dropped by for a sandwich on Thursday around 8:30 and the lady running the drive thru was so kind. She had such a sweet voice and calmly talked through the ordering process. I felt like I needed to mention something because honestly her kindness and patience to me after I had such a long day brightened me up a bit. And when I asked for the most unholy amount of mayonnaise she DELIVERED.
