I went in on a weekday afternoon. There were 2 adult ladies sitting in a table with about 4 children. 1 got up when I walked in she looked roughly like a teenager to take my order. I asked for a smoothie and she wasn’t sure if they had any to begin with. When she went to the back to ask she confirmed we could. She took my order of 3 items. I saw her making them so I asked if I could run across the street to the gas station to grab gas while she made my orders since it was a smoothie an order of fresh fruit salad and a drink. She said it was fine. I came back less than 10 min later and there was another gentlemen in there waiting. I noticed 1 of the ladies who was in the table behind the counter this time. She was making a smoothie and I figured it was mine. Once she made it she handed it to the gentlemen waiting. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted to told her and she began ringing me up, I told her I had paid and left to go grab gas and come to grab my items. The lady looked confused and went to the back I’m assuming to ask the young lady. She said my fruit and smoothie would be right up. I heard the blender turn on somewhere in the back shortly after. I told the lady the whole reason I left to grab gas and come back was to save time I told her the gentlemen wasn’t there when I left and was back in less then 10 min and he got his smoothie before I did. Her response was she took his order and the young lady took mines. I was a bit irritated for that reason but also she was gossiping with the other lady when I first came in and instead of helping the young lady she ignored anything to do behind the counter until the other gentlemen walked in. I just grabbed my items and left but truthfully the lady didn’t seem to care about my comment and simply said my items would be ready shortly. It was a very slow day and aside from what may have been her friend and her children the place was empty. Poor customer service. First and last time I will go there. I would advise to go to other places with faster and friendlier service.

I love the food but the last 3 times I've tried to go here after work they've been closed! I get there at 8:30pm every time- the door AND Google says they close at 10... apparently they need to update their hours.

Best ice cream ever, love the vanilla and the mocha and the pistachio was amazing. And all ice cream is made on-site in-house.

Yummmm. Delicious icecream, Popsicles, and drinks. Tables inside to sit down and enjoy your things. Lots of flavors and snacks to choose from. Real food items on the menu as well. Coconut and pistachio were my favorite flavors. I will be going back to try more things.

This location just thinks they can close early whenever they want. Pulled up 30 minutes before close an they had closed but the girl looked at us pulling in as she locked the door

We tried Tropical yesterday for the 1st time. Would not recommend if you prefer smooth, creamy ice cream.
Their ice cream is very icy and the flavors are odd. Chocolate has a hint if cinnamon. Strawberry has very strong taste but it's a fake flavor. We also had Cafe & Cake flavors. Cafe had a very mild Java flavor. Cake had cinnamon taste like the chocolate.
Service was fine. There were 2 employees working when we went in at about 8pm Saturday. The lobby was nice & clean.

They offer a huge variety of ice creams and snacks. I ordered the prepared Tostitos and they are delicious! I couldn’t stop eating them. The shop itself is very clean and the staff is very kind.
My kids love coming here for desserts and snacks. Workers are very quiet and not very friendly. They are not rude at all but they just don’t smile or greet you when you walk in. Hours online say you are open until 10pm and many times we’ve gone at 9pm and it’s already closed.

Delicious ice creams and sweets or Mexican snacks that everyone likes. Las Nieves or ice creams are delicious and refreshing with star flavors such as mango, lemon and strawberry, but there is something for all tastes. Also the ezquites or vasolotes (depends on what they call them in your place of origin), all very delicious and with excellent service.
