There was four people in line there was no organization there was 3 employees Everyone was standing around talking not trying to help the next guest I'm tired of going in there and it's 25 minutes to get my 3 sandwiches.

The 2 staff that helped me with order did a fantastic job on everything. The individual pizza was delicious, good temp when I got there, and the pepperonis had the right amount of crispy edges. Great service!

Went in tonight and they were swamped with a track meet that had just ended. It felt like Mitchell was working all by himself and he did a PHENOMENAL job. I'm not sure if the other worker was just in training but he didn't offer to help make sandwiches or run the register so it all fell on Mitchell. I would highly recommend that he get a raise or something bc WOW he did amazing.

Three of us walked into the store ahead of a man and his two girls. There were 4 people behind the counter. We started ordering, and before he got the first sandwich partially done the three other workers just left him by himself. He finished our order doing all stations by himself. I've worked at subways before, and have never had to do it all myself...Patrick did great. Alone...

Subway has gotten pretty expensive. But the employees were fast and friendly. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Food was good. The price was the only issue. Not worth the 30 spent.
Says they are open till 10 when they really aren’t. Also customer service was terrible.

The guy at the counter did not listen to The Order. The other sandwich was being made. Granted the lady that was there does not hear well. So you have to make sure you look at her and talk to her, which is great. She did everything she could do. The guy was told one of the sandwiches Needed to be heated, but he didn't do avocados. Where it was already put on it by the time we caught it. So I told them that they needed to heat the meat and the cheese. But I didn't want that avocado spread heated. They proceeded to take it off. Put it in the oven and heat it, but put it back on the sandwich and the sandwich is a Mess. Happy ingredients aren't on Half of the bread after having it put back on there. This is not a sandwich I'll be eating.

Casey, the General Manager at this Subway. Had the nerve to tell me through text messaging. That I had not been offered a position to work there. After waiting 2 days to give me an answer whether I had the job. When I was told I would have an answer later the first day. Then when I did receive the answer. I went into the store to ask for the corporate phone number to complain. She started yelling and threatened to call the cops on me. Absolutely ridiculous. This person should not be managing any store. Some of the most unprofessional management I have seen.

Best experience at a restaurant in a long time! The 3 kids behind the counter did a great job, and the manager helped figure out which coupons applied to our large order.
