Was not expecting a wine bar in small town Nebraska, but On the Brix was a highlight of our short stay in Red Cloud! Beautiful space, great selection of wine, beer, and spirits without big city prices. Our server was engaging, recommended a really nice Oregon pino grigio, and we spent a couple of hours enjoying conversation with some local patrons. Do not miss this part of your Red Cloud experience!
This is a great bar with really good food, great drinks, and I was just recently told by a friend in conversation that they have the greatest "old fashioned" that both he and others in his party have ever had and he qualified that statement by telling me all the high end bars he's had an OF at all over the United States. Looks like I'm going to have to try one the next time I'm there.
We had an absolutely blast playing here and loved the crowd! Owners are amazing people and know how to take care of their customers! You won’t be disappointed, stop on by and enjoy a great evening at a great local wine room! Can’t wait to come again!
