Have you ever seen a subway sell ice cream?? well, this one does, and its yummy and inexpensive! My favorite flavor is the jolted cow, which the man at the counter recommended. Espresso with brownie chunks, and served with a great attitude--what's NOT to love?
The young man was friendly and very accommodating. It was very nice and clean with large windows to look out. Also, they still have ice cream there.
Vegetarian options: All of the veggies. You can even get a meal without any bread products.

If you are in Red Cloud on a Sunday night and are looking for a place to eat, this is your option. Fat's is not open on Sundays and the Palace is only open for brunch. The South 40 did not seem to want tourists. Although we were disappointed that Subway was our only option that evening, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
