First time in and the whole crowd gave me the hometown handshake/hug. The food was beyond amazing and the Mychi was very on top of everything. I never had to ask for anything … for that I was surprised and I will be back. I want to thank everyone that was there this evening, they didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t apart of the crowd. A great place to have a bite to eat or drink!
The catfish filet was the best I have ever had. The steak/plank fries were so yummy. Live music and great location by the Missouri River. The salad bar is always fresh and fantastic! This is a must stop if in the area, or well worth a nice drive in the country for great lunch or dinner. The service was quick, polite and attractive.
In general the food is great. Always friendly service. Come in during duck season. Heck, last year buddy and I showed up later. The kitchen just closed but the cook made us a few appetizers. The sausage and gravy in the morning is excellent. I've gotten the rueben in other years but this go round it was lacking in the meat serving. The string onion rings were a little off.
