I have drove by the sign for The Speakeasy south of Funk 100's of times and never ventured to check it our. I will most certainly go back. We had a group of 12 from work. The service was amazing and the food was even better. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp and fried cheese croquets for apps! Everyone one at our table had prime rib--amazing flavor and cooked to perfection! It worth every bit of the drive of you happen to be in Kearney for a conference.

This is a gem in the middle of nowhere. The food is incredible, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the service is impeccable. My wife and I have been there twice and it’s been excellent both times.

Ate here Friday night. Best meal I have had in a long, long time. For everything I ordered, it would have been two to three times the price at the trendier places. I would put this place up against any of them any day of the week. Thank you for making my birthday special. Too bad you’re an hour and a half away, but well worth the drive.

This place use to be great. We got moved once we got sat down and asked if we had reservations...yes of course! You can't go on a Friday night without a reservations!!!! Then they run out of food, I understand it's a small business but onion rings of all things. Brussels sprouts were so salty! Don't think I'll be back!
