Normally we love this place but tonight was the worst service I've ever had Herr we had to tell the waitress our order 4 times then it took her 10 minutes to figure out how to put the order in then another 10 minutes just to make a salad they totally messed up the pizza order not just ours but another customer as well then the waitress we outside and stood in the rain and came back in and shook like a dog and flung water everywhere they dropped sever things and then just...
You can't seem to get through to the restaurant to speak to anyone. Just ongoing messages on the phone, got put on hold twice before I could tell them what I needed to change. Just on hold for 10 min and then 8 min before hanging up. Need a way to determin when the pick up will be so it's not ready automatically in 20 min sitting getting cold until you get there.
The food was great! But we were most impressed with the service we received. Our waitress was friendly and on top of her game! Even boxed up our leftovers for us.... it's been FOREVER since anyone's done that! A nice young man from the back came out and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. The pizza came out fast and was delicious. We really enjoyed our date night! :)
