I got a Swiss Mushroom burger today. Wasn’t paying attention to it and ate most of it before realizing the burger was pink on the inside, it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Very disappointed and hoping that I don’t get sick.

Another great Runza experience, just a different location from the one we usually haunt. You can tell the owner is definitely engaged in the community by his interactions with customers in the dining room. Wouldn't expect less from a Runza store!

I have always loved St. Paul’s Runza. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience. Other than today. I ordered an original runza, a large fring and two cups of water (not bottled). My bill was $14!? What?? Charging me $2.89 for each cup of water? I would have been better for getting a pop.

Each time I get my Frings, the onion rings are always overcooked to the point of burned.

Runway food is always top notch. The order taker went out of her way to return my credit card when I forgot it in the card reader. THANKS SO MUCH

Restaurant was clean, staff was ok, food was a little disappointing. We were there a little later in the evening , and got burgers that had been in the steamer pan quite awhile. (I used to work fast food, when you know you know.)
Runza's is consistently good, but never great. I never regret going their, but never my first choice if given options. The staff was friendly, being completely honest, the runzas are not the best menu items. I prefer their burgers (which are surprisingly really good) and my kids prefer their chicken fingers. Overall it is a good fast food joint and a nebraska staple, so it is a worthy place to eat.

C'mon man, I simply asked for a double cheese burger, no bun plain but cheese.In a container with fork, & bowl of Chilli no crackers. Easy order right? No instead I get a normal Double cheese burger wrapped, no fork, & crackers. I dont have a Stuttering problem. I get it, they dont get paid much & probably dont give to s-hits about their job. Have a little pride in your job!!
