First, the lady grabbed the wrong bread, which isn't huge cause my kid will eat any of them, but still bad start.Second, she was too worried about being rude to her coworker to listen to the topping we said so we had to repeat ourselves when she was done..We asked for lite dressing and she smothered it.I'm not one for making someone's job harder so we just fixed it in the car. But annoying cause she could have just done it right...The real issue was check out. We are creatures of habit and we always get the same thing every time ( plus or minus some veggies) so I know about how much it should have been and we were charged for sandwiches that didn't even make sense, already had bacon in the topping too, and then she charged us fot bacon on all three sandwiches, but inly two had added them. Spent almost $50 on THREE sandwiches!I'm assuming she did this to get more of a tip or to help their sales ... I work in the food service industry so I know how this works and I still left a tip but this is extremely poor practice and we definitely won't be back.

Can you explain to me how you can charge me for extra cheese when all I did was substitute. The young girl at the counter argued with me and told me it was an add on. If that’s so where is the other cheese that comes with the sandwich? Point at the little section that says add-ons below are extra. So if a blt lists bacon are you still charging extra for that bacon. Young people have no idea what customer service means. If there was going to be additional fees you should have said something. You also should have given me the at least what I paid for. At this location the manager stood back and didn’t say a word. Customer service doesn’t exist here. And obviously the customer is always wrong as well. I’ll never eat here again. To top it off they say 2 servings of veggies with every sandwich. They must classify a serving as a teaspoon. 4 slices of every vegetable on a footlong. I’ve had more veggies on a McDonald’s burger. Subway has become a joke with double the price and half the food and no customer service.

Wife and I placed an order online using the app, got a notification it was ready and picked our food up in under 5 mins. Fast service and friendly staff. Never had any issue with anyone.

It's a subway. Always good food and ingredients. 3 stars this time because 2 of 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly - ordered through the app, picked them up, (ready in 15 minutes) and went home before opening. Close, but wrong bread and sauces/veggie toppings were switched.

Had a horrible experience! The lady didn't make my sandwich right first off. Second I ordered a salad and she gave me a half of one didn't even fill the bowl she used and it was the wrong bowl also. The lettuce was frozen and disgusting! I asked for ranch and the spicy ranch was in the ranch container so I got spicy ranch and I coughed up a storm. Very very very disappointed!
