Ordered over 100.00 on food for pickup. Everything was cold, soggy and disgusting. update... i was contacted by an Applebee's representative and they apologized and offered compensation. I really appreciate their effort to make up for the experience we had. We will definitely be returning, for a better experience

I DoorDash’d the fiesta salad and a blueberry tea. The salad had no dressing and the chicken was burnt. The tea was not blueberry! You pay a lot of money and can’t eat or drink any part of it. SAD!!

Went there for lunch 2 people in the whole restaurant. Waited 15 minutes, and no one not 1 staff member even acknowledged our presents. It's a sad day when these kind of things happen to a person

Waited over an hour for food, 40 mins for drinks. Not all the food came out at the same time. My son waited an additional 15 mins on our hour wait time. My wife had pasta that was cold and watery. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was so tough and dry I couldn't bite through it, and the cheese was melted into a hard slab from the microwave. Would give zero stars for food if I could

Walked in and got ignored. 3 parties came after we arrived and the host decided to take them in before our party. When we asked nicely if we were in the queue we got blatantly ignored. Chilis on top

After being sat we got our drinks right away. Our food took an hour to get to the table and when it arrived it was hard and cold like it had sat out for hours. The music was so loud we had to yell at our table just to hear eachother.. we spoke with a manager who was able to lower the volume (she was fantastic) just for the bartender to turn it up again all In all great service from waitress and manager but the kitchen staff is a joke

My son has celiac disease so his options are very limited. We always love when there is knowledgeable staff to help us. The manager came right over and helped us through how to order his food. It's great to know there is another place in town that us safe for him to eat at!

Imagine working your butt of as a waitress there and someone skips in their bill. So the business writes up their own waitresses. Absolute garbage thing to do to your own employees. It's not THEIR fault that people are UGLY and skip out on paying... don't punish your already low paid employees.
