Every time u go into this place they do not have enough staff to help customers they will leave u all standing outside with a whole section of tables inside empty. There rude about it as well. So it’s hit or miss with them all the time. It never gets any better

Have not been to this Applebee's. We were seated right away. Server came out quickly for our drink orders. The appetizer came out in good time and was tasty. Our food was a little slow, but still ok. But, they ran out of 8oz steaks, so mine was 6oz, but felt smaller.

Tried to dine in sat down and waited an estimated 45 minutes, ended up being 2 hours. Hostess miswrote our reservation name, another hostess asked for clarification on name and we told her. They began to sit five to six different groups who came in after us. When we asked why we weren’t seated the Hostess then proceeded to blame my boyfriend saying we shouldn’t have left even though we stayed their for the two hours and made eye contact with her multiple times and even clarified our reservation name. I usually try to be considerate of service workers being one myself; but also this was the only gap in the day that I had to have a nice sit down meal with my boyfriend. This experience made our Valentines awful. Love Applebees for date nights but don’t think we will be going in again soon.

Chose to eat the all you can eat for 14.99. Ordered 3 of those by the way just to get one order of the wings then them expecting you to pay for all you can eat. When asked what they could do about it the waiter said nothing we could either get more ribs or shrimp witch the ribs were cold and the shrimp were mushy so I told her I don't want anymore of that she then stated Ill take the ribs off to make it cheaper. Well I'm not worried about cheaper sweetie but when I walk into an establishment and order unlimited then I expect to atleast get 2 rounds of each meal I purchased as that! Or dont advertise your product as unlimited!!!

For the most part, this Applebees is great. I can’t recommend their delivery as the food I’ve received isn’t always correct, the order is cold, or the food is badly prepared. Dining in, the food is much better! It can get busy and slow service times. However, it’s a great option for in town and they have very tasty bar drinks.Vegetarian options: Their Impossible burger is very good. Not many other vegetarian options besides fried foods and salad without meat.Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu is pretty substantial with many different choices for picky eaters!

Have not been to an Applebees in a minute. The food was as good as expected but the service was awesome! Our waitress was the bomb!!
I think it’s pretty upsetting that only one person gets in trouble about a food allergy when no one said anything about a food allergy I think more than one person needs to be talked to!!!!! If there’s a food allergy you’d servers need to say food allergy not just put down dont put this in without your cooks knowing so they can be more careful you need better communication! Also it’s the mangers job to train and work with new employees not just your staff don’t blame staff because it’s new employees if your employees can’t figure something out and they been there for a week then as managers it’s your responsibility to help them I will be contacting corporate and the owner if this continues stop blaming one person it’s not fair to that person when they try there hardest to work for you when they show up come to work and everything
