Its pretty bad when there isn't a single customer at the restaurant and they still can't figure out how to make sure edible food. Cold roast Beef sandwich with skimpy meat, cold and stale fries, just take the hint the restaurant is dead for a reason. A $13 meal thats actually worth $5 at most. But hey! They didnt forget to throw a coupon book in the bag so I don't have to spend so much on less than mid food, hard hard pass forever

Very poor service...3 employees looked right at us didn't even acknowledge we were standing waiting to order. Nobody behind counter at all..a girl came up turned her back amd ignored us. Worst service I have ever dealt with. We ended up leaving and went across the street to another place. We won't be back . Ridiculous!!!

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich, one of the three most advertised items on their menu, only to get a cold sandwich that I returned immediately in the drive thru window. I pulled into a sparking spot while they were supposed to make another one. I waited 10 minutes and went inside to get my money back, and the manager, Tara, said she asked 'her' to make it and that they are cooked to order. I asked for an explanation of serving me a cold sandwich and she said it wasn't cold. I got my money back and to my knowledge, no one made a replacement sandwich. Cold sandwich, then no sandwich...are they really cooked to order?
Arby's owner replies with a message wanting me to expend more effort on on their corporate site to leave more details, yet they didn't even include a link to the site...they want me to copy and paste. Hopefully things change soon, because this is just a waste of time.
Went through the drive-thru got a roast beef sandwich, bun as hard as a rock. Soggy in the middle. The roast beef should have been jurky like it sat out in the sun all day...Lesson learned, cook at home its safer.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwich’s. They had two prices listed $5.69 and another for $5.19 for the exact same sandwich. When I pointed out the lower price and that I should get that price they said no because they also had the higher price. Instead of saying we are sorry you are correct, they kept insisting that it was not false advertising it was “mixed advertising “ therefore not wrong. Whatever happened to good customer service. I told them that if i was wrong I would apologize, I looked at the sign (took a picture) again and showed it to them. They still instead that they were right and they did not need to apologize . (The previous owners would not have tolerated this attitude) Very disappointed!
