Need to edit my review. Yesterday, 7/25/23 i went in to have lunch with my mom and we ordered beef and cheddars. I took the leftovers home, and went to heat up a leftover sandwich, and was surprised when I found a dead fly on the bottom bun. I picked it off, since I thought it might've been a burnt piece of curly fry until I seen the wings. ? Had to throw away immediately.

No greeting, hearing the workers speaking profanity while trying to enjoy our meal. Sizes sold are given smaller than any other arbys I've ever been to, considering I eat my beef and cheddar 2-3 times a week, it's not hard to tell (meaning you'll pay for a large, but get a medium with them claiming that's THEIR size, but if you ask for the smaller the claim they don't have it, do just wanting to charge more than they should). Was literally laughed at when I voiced my concern.

I haven't been to Arby's in awhile and I love there classic beef and cheddar but what I received last night wasn't good at all. I think it was one that's been sitting there for awhile and there was hardly any cheese and absolutely no sauce! I was so disappointed. I'm low income and Arby's is a treat for us.

Ordered 8pc jalapeno poppers and only got 1 sauce! They have become so stingy, I guess you have to ask for extra. Which should be a no brainer for the inflated price.
