Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

The customer service is horrible, the music is always way to loud so you can't hear. I placed an order over the phone and I felt like it was talking to a toddler attempting to get information. I was also charged for 80oz of ranch, thats 5lbs of ranch when I did not want it, only gave me maybe 3 oz and... and the guy had no idea how to refund when I went back in, and stated the system automatically does it.

I went into Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered a big order for a family of 8 and we asked politely for extra ranch even of they charged us extra. Employee in the back looked at the screen and was packing our ranch making bad facial expressions. This isn’t the first time ive received this type of customer service.

Couldn't get help at the counter, wouldn't answer the phone and not very friendly. Messed up the wings

If the service that I received tonight is the norm. I have a prediction that this business will be closed in Scottsbluff within a few months.
I am writing this review in hopes that management and ownership takes my comments seriously because I definitely want Buffalo Wild Wings to succeed in our area for years and years to come!
I placed an online order and walked in the doors 30 minutes later. There was absolutely nothing going on, and there was only one online order ahead of me. I was not greeted or acknowledged.
I waited an additional 15 Minutes to receive my order.
I could or understand a 45 minute order time if they were busy, but there was absolutely nothing going on. The restaurant was dead, dead dead! Then on top of that to not even be acknowledged or greeted or apologize to for the wait times is unacceptable in my opinion!
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, and I really want it to succeed here in town. That is the only reason I am writing this comment.

We have been a few times and it is always great. This last time though our order was messed up on, but the staff was extremely cooperative in fixing it and just being cheerful overall. The wait time wasn't horrible and we appreciated the fact that they were very busy but were positive!

My fiancé and I went here one night and had really good service! The food was great as well! The young male manager and his coworker were so personable and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend, blazing hot!!

I just wanna start out and say Axel, who is working on night of Sept 1st was amazing. Not only was the food great but he had great attitude. Most people don’t wnana work and they are never happy to be at work but you can tell he enjoys what he does. I’ve been to 50+ bdubs and this is by far the best one I’ve been to. Not only were the wings cooked perfect. Most places over cook them and it’s lkke eating rubber. He sauces them perfect! Best wings I’ve had in awhile. I hope axel and the manager sees this so they can know he is doing a great job!

Such an amazing place. Ashley was fantastic. 1 SHE WAS SOLO DURING LUNCH. She took our orders even though the website kept saying they were out of stuff. 2 alarms were going off and she was still super nice and helpful. It has been so hard to find GOOD FOD NICE FRIENDLY places to eat when I come to bluffs. I will be recommending this to everyone. The manager and his family came in and they were so polite. Helping to clean and run food. All while taking care of a toddler. 10/10 recommendations for them!!!

Stopped in before heading out of town. The Atmosphere was chill. Every thing was clean. The Amazing lady working Ashley was doing so many things at one. Yet even while buzzers and beeper going off she was kind, patient and courteous. She answered all of our questions and did it with a smile on her face. Orders kept coming in and she was keeping on top of everything. Her manager happened to stop in to pick up for with his family. He didn't wait or rush Ashley. He hopped back there with her to help. While he helped Ashley his wife wipped tables while caring for their baby. Food came out hot and delicious. Exceeded my expectations by far. Just over all an amazing experience. Will definitely be stopping by next time we are in the bluffs again.

Absolutely trash, I wonder if their fryer even works. Fries are soft, fried pickles not so much, more like battered pickles that were never fried just absolutely not good at all. Very dispointing I do not recommend.

If you don't know how to run a franchise don't even bother this place is trash

Wings are a bit small but they taste great. One word of caution- the wild sauce is really hot so be careful. Great service and friendly people.
