They are sapost to close at 11 yet the last few times I've rushed over after getting off of work at 10. They either won't respond at all to the drive through or they ask do you have a mobile order and if you say no then automatically they say we are closed and it's only a few minutes after 10 when they are sapost to be open till 11 been closing early when ever they just feel like it instead of following the posted times online and on the door. I get people want to get closed and get out of work but when is it ok to just flat out ignore the store hrs.

I had lunch today with my mom she can't eat seeds of any kind. She ordered a whopper not realizing it had seeds on the bun. She went to order something else but the cashier said they would make her a new one without seeds and didn't charge her. I was very impressed with there customer service. Thank you for still putting the customer first.

What a carring manager. I like the BK fish but not in love with the tarter sauce I asked to have the sauce left off and add cheese. I got the order the manager noticed that the cheese was not added.he came to my table and took the sandwich back and brought me another sandwich with the cheese

Went through the drive through and lady repeated my order back at the window and was perfect. However when driving home I had someone else's order which was not even close to what I ordered.
Went to have breakfast this morning with. My mom was trying to talk but t. V audio was too loud. We can not hear each other. Asked if they could turn it down. One girl came out and said well. We're really busy in a rude way and said that I needed to wait. I said I was not talking to her and she got upset. I told her that I would talk to the manager Britney that I was not talking to her. I was talking to the other lady in a nice calm voice when she came out and rudely interrupted with. We're really busy right now in a smarty way.

On 8-21-2025 I went late and got a burger, got home opened it up and little green bugs were crawling out of the burger. Was not happy and by the time I got home they were closed, and of course you can't call them. So everyone LOOK before you bite.
