The food is good the atmosphere is good but the service sucks that lady Diana she is like the rudest person this is like a handful of time she's been rude so this time we just walked out and didn't eat anything obviously nobody's talking to her about her customer service she is so rude I don't know how she works there with that attitude I wouldn't even give her a star but if you want people like that working for you that's why you only have three and a half Stars people need to be polite and she definitely isn't she's the only person in that store that we had problems with can we talk to the manager and doesn't seem like anything's happening she still as rude as can be you must be desperate to keep a person like that😡 and I'm talking about the Scottsbluff Burger King..

Dirty tables and seats. Food tasted good. We just didn't have a clean place to sit even though most of the tables were vacant. We have been coming here about once every other month. For the 9 months drink machine has weird taste to all pop. Ice machine has worked on one for that long as well. The manager needs to have the machines serviced regularly or pull them out and put in older style like the movie theater had to do.

Got a incredible burger and it was obviously microwaved, because it was so hard around the edges I couldn't even bite into it. I tried to phone the store and imagine that.... can't contact them by phone. Bullshit
Went through the drive thru and some girl named Hannah, who works drive thru tonight wanted to be very rude to myself my passager... I don't give a shit if there is High School bullshit going on DONT BRING IT TO WORK!! sometimes acting professional at a job is asking to much these days !! Do better at training your employers with customer service Burger king!

This is a repeat pattern..when I say only mustard for my sauce that doesn't mean remove everything and add mustard. It means no mayo and no ketchup. It doesn't mean remove the onions, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I'm not certain why they keep doing this. I get all the way home to find nothing but mustard and a patty.
