On 8-21-2025 I went late and got a burger, got home opened it up and little green bugs were crawling out of the burger. Was not happy and by the time I got home they were closed, and of course you can't call them. So everyone LOOK before you bite.

They mess up orders all the time. They say sorry only after you tell them you had to come all the way back from home. Water spilled in the lobby. Floor wet enough to get the bottom of my pants wet. They had a wet floor sign out but no one cleaned it up.

The cashiers got my order wrong the first time. But that was a quick and easy resolution. Then they gave me the wrong food. And that was quickly resolved as well. So that's why the service is good. Food well it's fast food so okay. Atmosphere again it's a fast food place. So it's alright. Overall I wasn't dissatisfied or satisfied so that's why 3 stars. Again it's fast food!! Got what I expected.

Great burger king food was fresh the manger was on point during a busy lunch orders where going out fast nobody was complaining the store was clean a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

Made four trips over here. 2 were great but one was not good and one was ice cold. I guess it depends on what time you go but since this is my favorite burger I don’t have any other choices. Consistency is the key for success and that’s where things fall apart here.

We don’t go out to eat fast food often but my family and I went Friday 6/13/25 and the staff had the smallest pop of about 5-6 cars total and they we running around stressed out; Couldn’t handle it. The food they gave us was cold and had been sitting there for at least an hour or so. As they were taking our order the guy working the drive through must’ve been new because he couldn’t hear anything we were saying to him though we were loud and clear. Experience was Trash. Haha I’d recommend to just go to McDonalds which I never go to. Very disappointing. The other day they weren’t as bad. The staff the had were terrible.

Went to the drive through around 10pm 5/21//2025 got about half way through my burger when all of the sudden got a disgusting flavor from the burger that was unexplainable almost soapy/cleaner smelling like mop water or something and it made me vomit! never had an issue here before other than burgers being a bit cold, Tonight will make me never go to this location ever again! health department needs to look into this place! do not go here and especially not at night!!

It What's your typical busy Saturday night? We thought we where going to be waiting for a while but tanner the man in the window was on his A Game. Very polite getting our order and when we got to the window to pay still mantained Excellent customer service. Somebody needs to give that man a rasie nice to see good worker like this young man still Exist, Keep up the good work tanner.
