It was good, ordered a single triple dipper and it was fire. It took a while for it to come out though, 25 minutes for 1 triple dipper platter? It's smaller than it looks but overall its pretty good

We found two hairs in my daughter's food and was charged for a drink because the bartender couldn't hear me when I was trying to cancel the drink after discovering the hair in her food. Overall awful.

Daughter and I were in Scottsbluff on business and decided to eat at Chili's. We had chicken fingers with Mac and cheese the food was excellent. Love love the Mac and cheese it is to die for. Chicken fingers were great I had the Nashville hot and the best ever. We had a great waiter he took great care of us. We had several questions and he answer all of them. He was very pleasant and got the food to use in a short amount of time.
I would highly recommend this Chili's. The restaurant was very clean and service was excellent. Thank you for the great experience.

it was so cold in there 90% of the customer has winter coats on. Only one handicap parking the rest Was for pickup orders.

The food and everything was great but don’t be giving yourself tips off of someone’s card when they didn’t leave you a tip on the card that’s extremely rude took extra off my card that’s the first time any restaurant has ever done that

Do BETTER Chili's!! My family showed up for lunch at 12:15 and we didn't get our drink order taken until 1:00!!! After that it was another 20 minutes before our food order was taken and we finally got served our food about 10 minutes before 2:00!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 After the first 45 minute wait we were told by another server that some staff had called in sick today. Understandable, but OUR SERVER never told us that and we never saw OUR SERVER waiting on any other tables. We barely even saw her!! There were TEN tables that came in and out ordering and eating full meals before we even got our food! Absolutely unacceptable. Staffing issues or not, other tables were able to be served and waited on and happy with their service. FIX YOUR ISSUES!! DO BETTER!! I won't be back. What a complete mess.

Now I understand why Chili’s survey site does not work. They don’t want your feedback. I went 12/28/24 at 11:00. Was a single so sat at the bar and was second in the door. There were 5 tables that got their food and were finished before my food arrived. During that time I watched and talked to 2 different groups of four that sat at the bar and came and left due to no service. When my food arrived it was not my whole order, the ribs were nothing but gristle, about twelve fries and the chicken strips were so salty they were inedible. Usually I go on a weeknight but the NE bowl game was on, which they didn’t have, so ate less than half the meal and went to a local restaurant.

dine in experience hasn't been bad and a couple of the servers are awesome. BUT any to go orders have been atrocious. cold, raw food. overcooked food. a couple of times have been missing items. I have given them multiple chances because everyone makes mistakes, but i am done now. They do not seem to care about the quality or service when it comes to the take out orderes. i will not be going back again.
