Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Came home from Colorado to visit my family and enjoy a treat but was rudely interrupted by Debby the owner, no one said anything abt our dog and, also gave our dog a treat, being inside and didn’t say anything till after we sat down and started eating. Debby was rude to us, and also was talking about us to all of her staffs until a kind staff came up to and actually explained the rules & regulations. Debby rushed us while eating. Dairy Queen you lost some loyal customers.

Disappointed the only two times I’ve visited in the past two months, my blizzards have been made incorrectly with the wrong candy. Drive thru staff need to be listening more carefully.

Shake/malt were a bit poorly mixed had to go home and reblend it myself syrup/malt were all down in the bottom and the vanilla ice cream was still in visible chuncks

Such nice employees. One young woman even brought a dog treat to us as we were seated at a shaded table outside. The food was good. I guess it is fairly typical for fast food. Enjoyed the Ranch BBQ burger. Fries are just ok, but I'm not a huge fan anyway.

Burgers taste flame broiled and fresh a little over priced but good best banana/chocolate shake I've had in years

Wish the counter staff would actually force on the customer and not their friend loitering at the counter .

The tables move very easy and it makes it where children can spill easily.... Other than that I love Dairy Queen.

Ice cream is great but the last 3 burgers I've had here have made me sick. Prices are also getting ridiculous; over $11 for a burger and small blizzard. They also no longer offer free water cups with ice cream.

tried to order at 9 pm when they close at 10. lobby closed so I attempt to order via app with pickup, curbside, or even drive-thru and it refuses to allow the order, despite cars going through the drive-thru no problem.
