The atmosphere makes it easy to relax and enjoy your food.

I have lost track on how many times they completely get my order wrong and the receipt clearly says what I wanted but nooooo someone just decides to do whatever they want there. It is always around 2 to 4 that this happens morning and night do a better job. Had to make a quick edit, I also got condiments which they didn't even put anything in. Drive thru is the worst here. This is a consistent disappointment, and everytime i believe hopefully they'll get it right this time

We stopped here because we had also stopped at the Dairy Queen in Cozad, NE which is owned by two brothers who are the grandsons of the original owner at this Scottsbluff Dairy Queen. The brother who was working in Cozad when we were there told us his grandfather owns this, and he encouraged us to stop in Scottsbluff. Since it was on our way we decided to stop and eat, and say hi. We met their mother because she is now the manager, and she was extremely nice, as was the gal who took our order. It was fun to chat with the mom, and although it was very busy she took time to visit with us. The food was great and the place was clean even though it was filled with customers, and “mom” was busy cleaning tables and helping the people. It was obvious this is a very busy Dairy Queen, and it is well supported by the community. Be sure to stop there to eat, or to get some ice cream, and tell them the Texas couple who stopped there in July of 2025 says howdy! 🤠

Young man named Kyson, super professional, very focused, attentive and hard working kid. I’d give 5 stars for service but was denied a remake from a manger regarding an incorrectly made blizzard about seven months ago.

The listening skills are horrible. They got my whole order wrong

Came home from Colorado to visit my family and enjoy a treat but was rudely interrupted by Debby the owner, no one said anything abt our dog and, also gave our dog a treat, being inside and didn’t say anything till after we sat down and started eating. Debby was rude to us, and also was talking about us to all of her staffs until a kind staff came up to and actually explained the rules & regulations. Debby rushed us while eating. Dairy Queen you lost some loyal customers.

Disappointed the only two times I’ve visited in the past two months, my blizzards have been made incorrectly with the wrong candy. Drive thru staff need to be listening more carefully.
