I have lost track on how many times they completely get my order wrong and the receipt clearly says what I wanted but nooooo someone just decides to do whatever they want there. It is always around 2 to 4 that this happens morning and night do a better job. Had to make a quick edit, I also got condiments which they didn't even put anything in. Drive thru is the worst here. This is a consistent disappointment, and everytime i believe hopefully they'll get it right this...

We stopped here because we had also stopped at the Dairy Queen in Cozad, NE which is owned by two brothers who are the grandsons of the original owner at this Scottsbluff Dairy Queen. The brother who was working in Cozad when we were there told us his grandfather owns this, and he encouraged us to stop in Scottsbluff. Since it was on our way we decided to stop and eat, and say hi.
