I’ve been multiple times now. Different times of day, different orders, different employees. The food is fine, I order from the menu, no changes or special requests, and the service is truly awful. They’re extremely slow and apathetic. Poor attitudes from multiple employees, no hellos or basic manners. Only say a number and hold out their hand. Very disappointing considering how new it is.

I ordered on the app.And when I got there to pick it up, they and warned me that we one of the items I wanted wasn't available. I asked for a similar substitution, and they gladly accepted. It was very nice that they were willing to & able to make this substitution so I didn't have to request a refund in the app. I wish I would have gotten her name very sweet girl.I wish more people were like that. 😁

I have tried to order a plain Carmel frozen coffee but after today I am done with DD. I don't want the vanilla or anything else but I have never received my order no matter how many times or differently explained. Today I have no idea what flavor I received. You used to be the best but sadly no more.

17 minutes to get a single hot coffee. Placed a mobile order, drove to the store, and waited more than 10 minutes in lobby to get my single drink. No other customers ahead of me either. This isn't the first time I've waited forever, but multiple instances has prompted this Google review. Slowest Dunkin I've ever EVER encountered.

BEWARE NO DONUTS AFTER 10AM!!!!
I went to get a variety of donuts and ordered through the app. When I arrived they told me that they no longer have any donuts and could only give me a gift card as compensation. Mind you the gift card had a $2 transaction fee and so I did not get my fully money back. Please stop accepting orders online that you can not fulfill and then giving bad refunds that don’t even make the total of the original price of the meal. Do not go there worst Dunkin chain in America!

I went to get the munchkin bucket, after hard day of work, all i expected was some donuts….. to my surprise.. theyre out of donuts???? And to make it worse unable to give refunds. Beware as you go in during the afternoons as they have NO donuts. Why accept a mobile order if youre unable to provide what i seek. Simple. Unsatisfied and overall dissapointed with their work staff.

I come here regularly, so this is based on MANY visits since they opened. I love Dunkin. BUT this dunkin is so unbelievably slow. I have gone with 20 minutes to spare for one item and still end up late. Consistently. I have seen my stuff ready at the window, with no one there, and then someone walks by sipping their drink ignoring the window. I've worked drive thru, I work retail. It takes a lot for me to get upset at the workers. There are a few I love that work well but most of them do not move with any hurry at all. Whether there's a line or just one person, they go at the same pace. They need new management or something.

Dunkins never disappoints! The staff at this particular Dunkin' Donuts are also very nice and helpful. The establishment is very clean and the prices are comparable to other Dunkin' Donuts.

I have been to Dunkin's before and this one is the worst one I been too. I have had way more bad experiences than good. First thing first, if you are in a hurry don't go here. It will take at least 20 minutes to get whatever you ordered. Here are two experiences that really stoped me from going here anymore... 1. I was in line and already ordered. The car in front of me must have got sick of waiting so they drove off. I got to the window and told them the car in front of me drove off. She said it's been a Monday. I paid for my drink then waited, just for them to try to hand me a drink that wasn't mine. I said I didn't order this, they looked confused. I said what I ordered. They charged me for the persons drink that drove off in front of me. Then said we can reimburse for this drink and then charge you for the drink you ordered but the cost is about the same. I said just want my drink that I ordered. At this point my drink should have been free but it wasn't. 2. The other bad experience I had was close to 5am. I must have been their first customer of the day. I got to the window and she repeated my order and I said no I ordered a hot drink. She then closed the window and took about 5 minutes on figuring out the register. I finally paid. Then of course you wait and you wait for your order. She hands me my coffee. It was sticky on the outside and I could tell just from here reaction when she handed me the drink. I then drove off. It wasn't until I got to work I took a drink of my coffee to find out I got a cold coffee. I mean it was cold, not even luke warm. That day it was -11 in the morning and I was very much looking forward to this hot coffee. The horrible part of the whole thing is it's the only place coffee place in town that is open at 5am. So a lot of us that have to work early in the morning it's nice. But the wait is horrible. You have to pretty much go 30 mins before your shift, if you want to make to work on time. They always seem like they are mess in there. The one time I did actually go inside and not the drive through, it wasn't so bad. The drive through 95% is a horrible experience.

Went through the drive through, order one singular drink. They had to ask Megan what I had ordered at the window. And then proceeded to hand me a clearly melted and forgotten drink. Not even close to the flavor I had requested. First and last time.
