Ate here twice while passing through Scottsbluff on a road trip. It's definitely the best place to eat and drink in the town. The pizzas were absolutely excellent and well priced. The young staff were prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!
Not sure what's going on with service lately but it has made the over priced food not worth it. Also, went there on a busy night, which I expect to have a few hiccups, but everything was awful: waited too long for someone to take our orders, then the orders came out wrong, pretzels were ice cold in the middle, waitress took her time checking on us for drink refills ect. If I'm going to spend over $100 somewhere I expect a little more is all. I used to love this place! Now I'm not sure.
Went in to have 1 beer, ended up staying 4 hours, 4 beers, 1 pizza and 2 pretzels. Great beer, fun bartender and a really good vibe. We're from Denver and will come back.
My server was Sydney, she was an amazing bartender, very friendly and helpful. We will come back for service like this. 5 stars for this service, thank you.
The blue cheese dip alone deserves its own fan club. I’ve never tasted anything so perfectly seasoned and downright addictive in my life.
The hot honey pepperoni pizza was delicious, the wings could’ve used a bit more crunch, but with that blue cheese I really didn’t care.
For a second I forgot I was in Nebraska. (No offense, Nebraska, but this kind of food and service usually requires a plane ticket.) Flyover Brewing proved me wrong, and I’m glad it did. We’ll be back, probably just for a vat of that blue cheese.
Always a good time, probably the best Hefeweizen I’ve had in the U.S, and food always hits the spot. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Terrrrible experience. First, we put in a reservation and we got there, at the time we mentioned, and they gave away our table away… second - wings took 2 hours to get, even when we asked three times, and just had to cancel them. Third, their cheese for the pretzels were WATER! So watery, they had no flavor, and were disgusting. Fourth, our same party, ordered pretzels as well and they got them 20 minutes before we left. Management don’t care, the server blamed everything else but taking accountability and was not worth trying to fix it. Lastly, their seltzers are said to be $5 for a 16 oz and then additional flavors are $2 and when we got our tab… it’s 5 for a non-flavored seltzer and then they add $2 for any flavor versus $2 for an additional flavor as advertised. This place is a joke.
Great pizzas and beer!!
Definitely go!
Great beers and a large selection. Fun servers and super pizza!
The burnt ends braut is an explosion of flavors!
Beer review only
I did a 3-beer flight. I like they have option to do 3, 4 or 5 beer flight. I tried their hazy IPA (damn Yankees IPA), (NE)braska IPA, and Nitro Lemon Meringue sour, which is a recommendation from the bar tender. I have to say, their IPA are good but nothing special. I am not a sour person at all but I have to some the sour is the best of the 3. The sour is very flavorful and because it is on nitro, soooooooo smooth... It is literally like having a mouthful of lemon meringue but minus the over sweetness, and it melts in your mouth. I think it is seasonal. If I didn't try that, I probably will never come back nor left a 5-star review. Their (other) beer is like a 3, but that sour is solid 5 stars, from someone who doesn't even like sour.

I saw the most disgusting unsanitary situation I’ve seen ever the young kid in the back were a hat takes his hat off runs his fingers through his hair rubs his eyes while pulling his phone out of his pocket texting while making a pizza you see him spin the pizza in the air with no gloves on this went on over and over at least three or four times and came out around the counter started touching the keypad went back there put some more toppings on a pizza and then do it in the oven told the manager the manager didn’t seem to care she says yeah they should be wearing gloves I was just so disgusted of the unsanitary of not wearing gloves and then touching your hair touching your phone he made I was just so disgusted Ted I thought the manager would’ve done something about it but she didn’t I would not go back there again
Brian, our favorite waiter, set us up with their newest and most fabulous appetizer.... Candied bacon with peanut butter. The Flyover is our go to restaurant. Great service, great food and the best beer in the valley.
After all the great reviews we decided to try this brewery for our evening meal. We initially decided to sit at the bar but unfortunately the bartender was not very attentive, so we moved to a table.
At the table, we ordered a pizza and a couple of beers. We both agreed the beers were delicious but the pizza was less than desirable. Hands down the worst Margherita pizza we’ve ever tasted. We informed the server but she seemed to be taken back of our disliking of the pizza.
Overall Flyover Brewing had a great vibe with the music and pours, but missed the mark on the pizza.
Great service and very friendly staff, but above all else the beers here are great! Definitely recommended!
We had the BEST lunch experience at the Flyover! We came in from a cross country race with some hungry girls…..BRIAN (with an “I”) treated us wonderfully AND when one of our girls made a special request that wasn’t on the menu (pasta with red sauce), Brian & the flyover chef DELIVERED!! 😋 We can’t wait to come back and hopefully see the “NEALY PASTA SPECIAL?!” on the menu?! 😍
