I had a maxed ice cup for the 1st time a year ago. I thought they were the best thing since sliced bread. I don't know what has changed in a years time, but everytime I've went through this year ot gets worse and worse. Went through tonight, ordered the same thing I always order, for a medium rootbeer maxed it had maybe a half of a pump of flavor. I called to ask them if they were out of flavoring, girl said no. I told her mine didn't have any. Her response was for me to go all the way back and have them put a few pumps in. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she's a supervisor and thay the manager doesnt come in. That explains why its downhill so bad. I guess dairy queen will be getting my money from now on!

usually I love this place went recently paid almost $10 two slushie Max.. got home and they didn't have ice cream in the bottom. called and got told as long as they were full they'd remake them.. not very good service when they messed up

Arrived at 9:56pm & young girl working refused us service saying they were closed even though it wasn’t 10 yet. I get she wants to go home but seriously she could of just gave the 1 simple drink since technically it says their open till 10pm!

I love this place - it's my go to sweet treat location. Better than Starbucks, better than the Emporium, and Cappuccino + Company. The staff is nice and patient and the coffee is always delicious.

If I could give less then one star I would this place is horrible the only time you get something decent is when the manager is there to make it everyone else there is to incompetent to take a simple order and can’t make a simple snow cone. The employees have a horrible attitude and just don’t care when you tell them it’s not made right or the snow cones are all hard ice with no flavor they just say o well or well I guess I can make another. If you want to waste money then go there.

Slightly above water flavored.Had a "mocha" at drive-through. I wanted it to be good. It wasn't.Service was fast...too fast. Now I know why.Spend your $5.50 elsewhere.

The shaved ice. The Green Apple Snow with caramel and ice cream is the best! Always nice people working the window. It's affordable and delicious.

Best snow comes ever

Jax has great coffee and their chai teas are the best I've ever had.....and I even get sugar free ones now that I'm on a diet and still great. Snows have some great regular and sugar free flavors
