We placed an order at 12:41 amd it's currently 2:25 and still no food or update on the delay. This happens often and unfortunately they're the only sandwich spot in town that offers delivery.

*update 2:39 and our order was just delivered. Just in time for dinner 😑

I always order the same sandwich with NO mayonnaise. But this specific store always puts mayonnaise on my sandwich. It is never in the ingredient list and I never ask for it. I’m so tired of getting a sandwich that is unenjoyable to eat. 0/5 stars

Ordered online at 2:50pm. I got a text message showing it would be delivered via uber eats. 3:30 I go to check my order. Says it will be delivered around 4:40pm. Then 4:45 pm. Then 4:50 pm. No phone call, nothing. I could not cancel my order without calling. They stated they had no driver and they had to use uber eats, but they did not have a drive either. Almost an hour in and not a single call from the company.

Just left. Took them over 20 minutes to say a word to me in drive thru and they only said something because i asked how long it would take at the 20 minute mark. people in line behind me got their food before I did despite ordering more than i did. It was a sandwich and a pickle. They didn't even apologize and as a result I was nearly late for lunch without even having eaten.
Hire someone other than the two slowest sandwich makers in all the land please. I can understand being short staffed. I can understand being busy. I can't understand taking that long to even talk to a customer to explain the situation or apologize.

Sooo slow the absolute worst. Shame on me. Came day one they had no bread made. Day 2 ordered online and still waited over an hour to get food. How this place has any customers is beyond me. Don’t do it.

I ordered 2 #12s and got 2 #4s. I called and they said to come back. I brought the 2 wrong sandwiches which they took and never apologized for the mistake, despite having to come back to the store after leaving. We did get our #12s, but without avocado.

The last several times the service has been very rude and poor but especially yesterday (4/23/24) afternoon around 3pm the food was very poor and soggy. The veggies were not fresh and my unwrap wasn’t even wrapped it was just put in paper and taped. My total was near $75 and had to literally throw 4 of 7 sandwiches in the trash because of the soggy disgusting veggies and bread.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the last time I ordered, they were out of a few things for my meal which was no big deal. But then I got a free meal coupon to make up for it. Highly appreciate it! Thank you for great food and great customer service.
