I went to KFC because I was hungry for their chicken, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Which hit the spot as always. The service in the drive-thru that night was not very good. It was starting to get dark and I asked if they could turn on the light to their menu board. She said yes. Just a minute while we get that on for you. Once it was on I said thank you and proceeded to order. She rudely came on and said You will need to wait just a minute. A few minutes later she came back on and finished taking my order rudely. Once I got up to the windows I told the lady as she looked like a supervisor. She said we are really busy right now you have to give her a break. I looked at her and said No you are not. There are 2 cars behind and I see one person at the counter. This is not busy. She then slammed the windows in my face. This was on 10/1/25 @ 6:56 pm

Great service, but a worker In the back was a problem. Asked for a large coleslaw, and got a large container with small amount that is in a small side. I went back in. The cashier and the manager filled it up and said to the gentleman in the back he needs to fill them to the cover, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off with an I don't care attitude. This will kill a business fast.
Happened Sept 9th at about 1:30ish. Scottbluff NE. The cashier and the manager were very understanding and quickly fixed my order. I even bought a second large coleslaw both do go with my dinner. My chicken nuggets (a snack) were awesome!

The food and service were good but I did notice that the men's room had no soap and as far as I know it's the only men's room for the staff as well so how hands were being washed is a mystery. I suppose it could have just run out so I'll be the pessimist and play the soap is half full š.

I ordered and extra crispy white meat combo. I got all dark meat, wet, greasy, mushy chicken. I ate the leg but couldnāt stomach the thigh. It was just too wet and mushy. My dogs really liked it though. The corn was good but really cold. I also ordered a waffle just to try it since Iāve never had a kfc waffle before and it was too sweet to eat. Iām a huge sugar fan but that thing was terrible. I took one bite and that was enough. I donāt know how anyone could add syrup to that waffle and not go into a sugar coma. Overall I have to say it was pretty awful.
Who puts gravy and corn on Mac and cheese multiple times then locks the doors before closing time horrible service

Ridiculous! The dining room was closed and hour early, turning down a bus full of kids. Rude. So we went to the drive thru and waited 45 minutes for my family's meal. Didnt even get my order right. KFC in BLUFFS SUCKS!

Drove up to the drive thru window at 8:30pm, an hour before they close, and they told me they couldnāt do a 6 piece bucket. Isnāt that the whole point of the restaurant? To sell buckets of chicken?
