Great place to grab a bite to eat. La Plaza has to be some of the best Mexican food I've had in a while. Though, it is just a little different than the Tex-Mex I'm used to. The chips are nice and crunchy and warm like they just came out of the deep fry. The beans and rice would make a meal of it's own. The salsa Verde is pretty darn good too.
I previously left a not so good review because I was sad they didn't take credit cards. BUT this is my favorite damn breakfast burrito in Scottsbluff, and they also have the best green salsa. I've tried ALOT of the Scottsbluff breakfast burrito places. (If anyone knows the lady who used to pull up to the auto classes at WNCC in an old ford van and sell fire burritos out of a cooler in like 2010 please get me that info on where to find them cuz I've been chasing...
This is a nice little shop. Nothing fancy. But big on big burritos. Prices are pretty good too. I’m not a huge fan of how they mince up all the ingredients but it makes it fit inside those tortillas. Definitely worth a try.
