To be honest, I do not appreciate having tips pushed on to me every time I want to buy a coffee, weather I drive up or go inside, and this goes for every location...Tips are meant to show appreciation, they are not an obligation.

Love going thru the drive thru to save time. The person on the other side of the ordering speaker is always super friendly and cheerful, which can brighten any morning.A hot small "Americano" is my favorite coffee! Ilike to pair it with a chocolate croissant...mmmm... perfection. Emporium's are brewed to perfection.Parking: The parking lot is humongous!

Emporium is getting expensive now days. Ordered 24 Oz Dr. Smoothie with Bubbles for my daughter, which cost $13.50 for a drink. If they had made the drink right, that's fine with me. But the girl who made the drink forgot to put the bubbles in it. My daughter didn't realized that until we arrived home. She's quite disappointed. When we called, the only thing they could offer us was to bring the drink back so they could add bubble back to the drink. Why should I drive 15 minutes just to add missing bubbles to a drink for the mistake they made ? Mainstreet Emporium, I will take my business elsewhere.

I love getting my morning coffee at the emporium in the co-op. They are always friendly and remember my name and order. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am in and out quickly to get my day started! I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the coffee and the overall experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

Ordered two hot caramel macciatos and both were barely lukewarm.. Temperature is key when it comes to coffee. A good cup of coffee and a great morning experience sets the mood for the day, coffee shops play a huge roll in people's lives, giving comfort and preparing them for what lies ahead of the day. Specialty coffee is pretty pricey and people work hard for their money, it's very unfortunate to receive services that are less then quality. However, the flavor was good I will add.
I went to the Gering location and the coffee was good. The ham and cheese croissants were not. They were room temperature. Kinda hard 1 piece of cooked ham inside and a chunk of cheese. We spent $42 plus a $6 tip and threw the croissants away. It was disappointing. Why are there no prices up???? No receipt either.

Ive never had this issue at any of the other Emporiums before and i rarely go to the Emporium at the Main Street Market but i suggest you are sure you know what you want and the name. Do not ask for assistance or suggestions. When we went to this location today. I tried to explain what i usually get at other coffee houses and what they call the drink to see if i could get something close to it here. The young lady at the drive through informed us that they are non of those other coffee places that i was using as an example. So we just blindly picked off the menu and left. We wont be goin to this location again.

Showed up while I had a 10 minute wait before my spouse was to show up to go grocery shopping together. Despite reassurances that "we will be right with you" and no one in the lobby, the staff never got around to taking my order even after my spouse had arrived and we waited together. Overpriced coffee is not worth a 15+ minute wait to even order it.Dear owner: I failed to mention nothing, you being unable to manage being short an employee is part of managing a business. I had plenty of patience and understanding during my wait as well as with my honest review. Also note that seeing such kind of replies that the owner leaves on these reviews should give ample warning ahead of time to those looking for a coffee place to spend their hard-earned money.
