Went to drive-thru to go get my food, waited 25 minutes to get through a line of 4 cars, felt super super rushed even though they were getting our food out as slow as possible. tried checking my bag after they tell me to pull up front but they guy didn’t even try to wait to make sure they had gotten everything. got home and saw that they had forgotten two burgers. tried calling the phone number but the phone number didn’t work and due to me living out of town, I couldn’t go inside and complain. was a really shitty experience after having a real shitty day.

I got a large strawberry and banana smoothie and the guy totally bs'ed me I got a large drink pepsi and they told me that my small smoothie was a large! Like totally I'm not seeing a small drink in front of my eyes I've ordered so many times here for a large smoothie basically got scammed of my money! And they gave me someone else's receipt 🙄 not surprised

I visited McDonald's last night and was impressed with their speed despite being busy. Unfortunately, they forgot my large order of french fries. The manager outside was courteous and offered to bring them out to me. After waiting, I went inside and witnessed the manager handling an irate customer professionally, despite the customer being unreasonable about onions on his cheeseburger. I was very impressed by the way he handled that situation. I know it's not easy running a store. Mistakes do happen I don't know who these new people are working there but they're doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work

I went to eat there yesterday, I was served very well by a very handsome guy, Jonathan, his service was 10/10 and he works very well, this guy is very handsome btw.
We sat in drive thru after paying for 20 minutes waiting in the “parked” stall for our breakfast. It consisted of a Diet Coke, Vanilla coffee and two sausage McMuffin’s. I walked into the restaurant and it was very evident they had cleared the order and had no clue what we had ordered. Another 19 minutes waiting while breakfast was made again, we left and then realized they had given us the wrong sandwich’s only reason they received 2 stars is because they got our drinks right but 40 min! What a joke!

No table service if you eat in. My order was wrong, the food I got was decent. The wait was longer than average and most tables were dirty. Happy I’m not local so I don’t have to come here again.

The food was SO HOT AND FRESH. Best McDonald's I've ate at in a long time. The nuggets were the best I've ever had. The burger wasn't burnt. And the chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful. THANK YOU!!!

Ordered through the mobile app, apparently my order didn’t come through despite confirming I was both charged and had an order placed. Never got my food and was told to contact support. However, there is no number for support. Despite saying there were ways to find my order nothing was done, and I’ll likely have to dispute the transaction with my bank.
Every time we come here there’s always a delay or something wrong with our order, and now we basically just had money stolen from us by a multi billion dollar company.
So not only are these people bad at their jobs, they refuse to help us otherwise. What a joke.

As a person who loves McDonald’s and has always been one of my favorite places to eat at since I was younger, this McDonald’s always has the worst service, You can be standing at the counter and the employees will just walk by and look at you, no and they always everytime we come, they forget our drinks. Or Mix up our order with someone else’s. The food is okay and fresh but other than that the service sucks
