To start, the service was phenomenal. I can't find a single thing to complain about regarding the service. Friendly, helpful, and fast .. Food..... I ordered a taco salad based solely upon the images of other items in the menu. I don't expect a lot from a Shredded Chicken taco salad and yet here I am giving it a single star simply because I had to give something .. The chicken was bland and wet. The lettuce looked like the funky white end of iceberg .. the tomato slices were so big, I had to dice it myself... I had 2 types of salsa on the table and the red tasted like pure chile sauce not any salsa I have had in any country I have visited... The green had no flavor just a hint of heat.... I order Queso Dip and found out after it came out that it is not made there... It was identical to Tostito Salsa Con Queso from Walmart... I assume it's a generic food service brand but it's an insult to Mexico and the Southwest. Maybe I am too accustomed to Mexican Border area Mexican Food but even as a salad it just didn't pass the test ... Walking in, I had to ask if I used the right door because the initial appearance is a place in a construction transition due to how it is set up...

Generally I love Ole. However my opinion has changed after tonight. I ordered 3 meals using the doordash app but I went and picked them up myself, I have done this often with no issues until tonight. 2 meals I added notes that stated no vegetables, they both came with a ton of lettuce on them. 1 meal I selected corn tortillas and no beans and it came with flour tortillas and beans. I called only to be told sorry it was a mistake but you have to take it up with doordash. Doordash isn't the one that made the order Ole was. Doordash only refunded me $16 of a $75 wasted order. If you order from Ole using Doordash and pick it up yourself, check your food before you even leave the building!!!!! Not sure I'll be returning to Ole after this.

Pros: The food was good! Cons: *Lemonade is no refill ($3.75) *Soft Drinks and tea are only 1 refill ($3.25) *Service is not given with a smile (I did see 2 ladies smiling. One, a young hostess was a sweetheart...and one server was very friendly to her customers) The young male hostess would look you right in the eye and almost frown. Our waitress never smiled. Even when complimenting and using manners. She was like that with other customers as well.) You definitely don't leave with that good small town friendly feeling!

Excellent food, excellent service with great atmosphere.
We had the absolute best service, food, and experience at Ole. It was extremely delicious and our server was the best we have ever had! The price for all six of us to eat was $80 so that was a huge bonus!

Green chile sauce was slightly spicy, but lacking flavor, so I'm guessing chiles were canned. Tamales were too heavy and leaned too much on the masa side. Cheese enchilada was the cheesy best item, filled with Colby style cheese.
