It seems wrong to leave a poor review when the service was so good. Unfortunately the food was truly terrible so it is justified. I had the diced pork in red chile - fatty, gristle chunks in greasy flavourless sauce. The rice seemed to be days old. My dad had a steak salad. I caught him surreptitiously depositing gristle in his napkin more than once. Bleh.

Do not skip this restaurant if you are anywhere near Scottsbluff! Wonderful Mexican food. Lots of choices and such great flavors. Try the fajitas for sure, they add a seasoning that is just delicious! Also lovely setting and super friendly staff. We were there on a busy night but our waitress Jillian took the time for us.
