I use the app to place my orders. The pizza is always ready. The toppings and dough is fresh. I haven't had a bad experience once at the Scottsbluff store in the many years I have ordered pizza's through Papa Murphy's Pizza.

I called three different times and nobody would pick up the phone I even let it ring like 20 times then I let them know when I went in that nobody's picking up the phone then I let her know I would like original crust and they gave me thin crust which I do not like.. it makes your pizza tastes burnt the thin crust!! And then I ordered again and they gave me thin crust again not happy with them at all I know they're busy but you got to make your customers happy the pizza is good not complaining about that I just don't like thin crust and pick up your phone I don't have money to throw away go home and very unhappy 2X!!

Pizza was good but they forgot my breadsticks and I live an hour away so we couldn’t go back and get them. I asked if they would just refund me and they kept saying they couldn’t because the manager was out of town and every week they’d say the same thing. So I guess I won’t be getting a refund- definitely won’t be going back.

Great customer service. Location is kind of small but works fine. You can view the menu and then ask for you pizza. Then they go to making it almost right in front of you. Prices are super reasonable. Some very cool options and all tastes amazing. Highly recommended as long as you're fine with taking the food home to bake it.*UPDATE* Tried out the pineapple/Canadian bacon pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Not usually one for that kind of pizza but this is the best version of it I’ve ever had.
