My daughter and I were in town for some sporting events and found this place on Google. The menu sounded good to us because we were looking for options other than the same old song and dance of burgers and steak. The food was excellent. She had the cowboy bowl with brisket, which she seemed to enjoy, and I had the lemon pepper bowl which I really liked. There was a mix up at first where our ticket didn't make it back to the kitchen so our order actually got missed, but they noticed before I had to say anything, and you could tell they felt really bad about the mix up, and they got our food out really fast. But im not uptight and I realize crap happens so I didn't get bent out of shape over it. All in all the food was excellent and the folks that run it are good people, and we will definitely be back.

Pineapple's is a gem in Scottsbluff. The fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian is well done. The poke bowl and the volcano bowl are my favorites. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is a bit dark for my taster, but that is a non-issue. I highly recommend the stop.

Definitely a different atmosphere. The food was enjoyable. The woman who served my daughter & I was sweet & attentive. I had wanted to make sure she was who got my tips being I paid with card. Another lady happened to be at the counter instead at the time and was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I had to contain myself for the sake of my child being with me. Unfortunately she’s the reason I’m only giving 3 stars. Customer service was horrible & disrespectful.

My husband and I ate at Pineapples when passing through Scottsbluff. The food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself is very eclectic but it all just fit together. The service was very friendly, you can tell they care about their customers. While pretty unassuming from the outside, I would highly recommend you stop by if you're in town!

My wife, adult son, and I ate at Pineapple's tonight. We were uncertain about our visit after a 45 minute drive and the restaurant looked like a dark, old tavern. However, we WILL be back. For sure!
We ordered the Volcano Bowl, two sandwiches, fried mushrooms, and Mediterranean pita bread. Portions were generous, flavorful, and favorably priced (about $20 per person with drink).
What really stood out for us was the customer service. Friendly, good humored, and attentive staff made our dining experience perfect and clinched our commitment to return. It was the most enjoyable dining experience we've had in a while. Thank you Pineapple staff!!!
