Prime Cut Meat Market in Scottsbluff is definitely worth a stop! I had the chicken fried steak with a salad, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the shrimp dinner with a baked potato, which was cooked perfectly and not over-seasoned—something I really appreciate since I like to add my own salt. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and at the end of our meal, they even thanked us and offered an ice cream cone for the road. Great food, great service, and a nice touch of hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Some of the worse steak, I've had for the price I expected more from a 7 oz steak. It was cooked to order however it was very hard and rubbery. Would recommend finding somewhere else, really let my hopes down. Did not finish my meal walked out truly disappointed.

The staff was friendly & courteous. The 7 oz. sirloin was cooked as requested (medium rare). I ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy and it was a generous portion....also included Texas Toast.
They offer a Military Discount with proper I.D.

All steak options were 7oz only and pretty price for that. Cashier said the chicken fried steak was on special and the size was pretty good. The. Chicken fried steak was the size of the plate. It was crunchy on the outside side and rubbery in the middle. I wasn’t able to finish the meal didn’t hit the right spot.

This place could really use lighting in the entrance and outside of the building is my only concern. It poses a safety issue. Other than that everything was excellent!!
Friendly staff but subpar food unfortunately. Whole family was disappointed. Food tasted like it'd been just thawed from the freezer. Left unsatisfied, especially considering the price.
