Very helpful in the assembling process where I'd never been to a QDOBA before. Industrial atmosphere which I personally am not into. Food was actually pretty good---not like a sit down restaurant but ok. Thanks QDOBA!

We had the special on Tuesday night, which was the chicken bowl. There was lots of chicken and you can customize the bowl to suit your tastes. The veggies, rice and bean were also great. It is a very large bowl and a great deal for the price you pay. You can get either a chicken bowl or chicken burrito. So delicious and filling! If you haven't tried it yet, you really should!

When my family walked in we weren't greeted at all, it was almost like they were mad we came in. I could understand if they were busy but there was only 2 people eating inside. Out of the 3 on the line the only half way friendly person was the girl working the cash register. If my family didnt enjoy the food so much we would have just walked out. After we sat down to eat we noticed that there was no management in sight, not even a shift lead. Unless the staff changes I don't believe we will ever go back to this location again. Its sad because it could be a great place if someone taught these kids customer service. Dinner shift-11-29-25

My volleyball team visited this Qdoba on September 25 after our volleyball games. When we walked in, you could tell the three girls working were not happy to see all of us. They asked if we were all paying separate and I responded yes, and then the expression on their face really didn’t show they were happy to see us. I had used my QR code to scan 13 entrées, and only two of the points ended up on my app. I never took the receipt because I thought they had gone in my app and then I checked on my way home and only two of them were entered. Needless to say, we didn’t have a great experience here, and next time we return to Scottsbluff, we definitely will not be eating here.

It's hard to say what's good pricing anymore with inflation, but you get what you pay for here! I'm still able to get 2 meals out of 1 order ($13.62 total), and I got the new habanero steak!
Quality was awesome. I've been here a few times for work trips, and it's a go-to. The place was clean before lunch and the staff were friendly & efficient.
The food was good but the small clear plastic cups are very flimsy so you can't press down on it.

I live in Torrington, but always make it a point to grab lunch at Qdoba before I head back home. The food is always excellent. The people that work there are friendly and seem to enjoy their job and it always feels very clean. I will continue to make this my number one lunch stop when I'm in town.
