Food was amazing but service was horrible! The place was not busy at all but our server barely ever showed up. Took our order and brought our food and that was the last time we saw her. Had to ask several employees that walked by to get her so we could pay our bill. Probably won't be back just because of the bad service.

Fresh location, the food tastes better. You really should add new items to the menu. Love the new restaurant

Food is bland and tasteless. The puffy chips they hype are disgusting little grease filled flour triangles. The service was slow to non-existent. Waited 20 minutes for the puffy chips, what a disappointment. Over an hour to get food that was not worth the wait. Refried beans taste like they came out of a can. Chimichanga was soggy, tasted like it sat in sauce for a long time. Maybe 3 tablespoons of meat in it, mostly tasteless flour tortilla. Saw one table get up and get their own drink refills, no server to be found. Don’t bother with this place.

Panchos are worth a visit, but I was not fond of the other options.

My husband and I had the opportunity to eat at Rosita’s as we were in Scottsbluff for district baseball / 2024. My husband found an article in one of his gourmet magazines which ranked Rosita's very highly. They did not disappoint. The food was excellent, service was great and if we are ever in that area again, we will be stopping. (Grand Island friends).
Parking: There is a parking lot next to the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: There were children in the restaurant at the time me we were there. They were treated with much kindness.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were no steps outside or inside of the restaurant.

Did not want our money. There was one in front of us also to pay, wait 20 minutes to get help to check us out, plus a service charge for using a card

I would highly recommend this beautiful and delicious restaurant. The food is homemade, and the most delicious Mexican food, ever.

Chips are extra which generally is fine but you can go other places. Food was less than satisfactory and service was even less. With 24 other restaurants serving the same cuisine you have better choices!
Waitress acted like she could not handle 2 tables of 4 in the entire restaurant!! Bad attitude...had to ask several times for 1 thing. Then when the food came out it was the smallest enchilada in the world! And had maybe one sliver of cheese in the whole enchilada. My mom and I were dieing laughing how pitiful small the enchilada was. Not even fit for a kids meal! Will never go back again. Horrible from top to bottom! Very disappointed!
