This was our first time at Rosita's new location. We were greeted immediately and seated promptly. Our waitress was right there to take our drink order and our food order. Prices were competitive and the food was super. We waited less than five minutes to get our food after ordering. OH--and the fresh tortillas and salsa to start our experience was so very impressive. Great atmosphere. Great food. Great dining experience. Thank you!

I am not a fan of any Mexican restaurant that does not serve chips and salsa. Also, sat down and they didn’t have enough menus to hand out. Sat there waiting for menus. Serving size of fajitas were small. Won’t be back.

We were so disappointed. Given we are from the south but have visited many other Mexican restaurants in the area. No cheese dip. Had to pay for our own chips which I wouldn’t actually call chips. Everything was terribly greasy. Would not recommended.

Called ahead to place an order. We were in a hurry between kids’ activities. Food was ready when we arrived. Were able to eat an amazing meal quickly! Thank you, Rositas!!

Only thing good was the service. Classic canned chicken mayo salad on a tostada shell is a tostada? Canned Spanish rice? In an elevated Mexican restaurant? I say canned because there was no spice and the canned metal taste was obvious. Disgusting without a hint of spice or even true cooking. Hubby ordered an enchilada and a taco plate… kid you not the enchilada shell used was a street taco 3 inch shell. It looked like a garnish on the massive plate. The taco had zero spice, with dry plain unseasoned burger, bagged shredded lettuce, and a sliver of tomato. This place is like a lazy college kid making budget food and trying to pass it off as elevated. Give it a miss. Go to Antonio’s or Las Vii… or heck Taco Bell… it has more spice and you can get full portions without faux ‘elevation’.

We decided to give the new location a try because we hadn't been to Rositas in 20 years. I ordered the Chicken Chimichanga and the second I picked up a bite I could smell something RANCID. I held it up to the people dining with me and one said it stunk the other said it was fine. So, I thought maybe it was because it was deep fat fried. I took a couple bites and the smell was just atrocious, so I pulled out a piece of the chicken and it was so rotten everyone could smell the stinch. I will never eat there again. There's no way they couldn't smell that chicken if I could smell it rotten from a foot away, after it's been cooked!
