Normally I don’t make posts like these but after I tried to tell the other scooters on Ave I about my problem with ther other store I was basically told that I was lying and then I was shoo’d away. I showed up to Ave I cash in hand, as I understood that even though it was Ave B store that messed my drink up, I would have to pay for another at a separate location. I have prior work experience at Ave B scooters for almost 2 years, so I have firsthand experience and knowledge with what their drinks are supposed to taste like. I’ve also witnessed the Owner/ Manager of Scooters on Ave B mess drinks up on purpose out of anger or frustration with customers. Example, I have witnessed him pump cold brew into an espresso blender instead of pouring the shot that the customer paid for. I will say that my time there did not end on great terms, I put my two weeks in after my manger threatened to let me go because I couldn’t make it to work due to a problem with my vehicle. By that time I had only called in a handful of times and I was also living off of the pay and tips I earned from my job at Scooters at the time, so I hardly ever called in the whole almost 2 years I worked there. Nonetheless, I still expect to be treated as a paying customer no matter the circumstances. My husband ordered us both drinks this morning and when he brought mine to me, I took a sip and noticed that my blender was made with cold brew instead of the espresso shot that my husband PAID for. I know for a fact that cold brew was used because I had witnessed the manager use cold brew instead of espresso when customers ordered blenders early in the am. I tried to order another drink at the Ave I Scooters and before I could even tell the other manager what happened, he basically told me I was lying and that there was nothing he could do for me. Very unprofessional as he is the brother of the other manager at Ave B Scooters, and he has been at the store to witness some of these “temper tantrums” that his brother would have. I had no problem paying for another drink, I didn’t need it for free, I needed someone to understand that I had a problem and that it would be addressed, which didn’t happen. Ave B and Ave I Scooters are both owned by the same family, so I would expect that if they heard about a problem at their other store, they would want to fix it. Apparently not!! Do better Scooters!!

Very disappointed. I have been to Scooters many times and had not had any problems until recently. I was there a few days ago and ordered two drinks. The gal at the window ran my debit card and gave it back. She then opened the window and said it didn’t go through and that there was an error code. She ran again 2 more times. Still would not go through. Then she told me that their register was not working so I paid her in cash. My debit card was charged 3x for the drinks. I tried calling the number listed and it would not go through. I drove to Scottsbluff to try to get this resolved. I was told they could not help me and that the manager would have to deal with it. She took my phone number and said she’d give a message to the manager. I have not heard from the manager yet. I would think 24 hours is ample time to receive a call from the manager. In my opinion, the manager ignoring this is not a good way to do business. I will NOT give Scooters any more of my business.

normally 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. they were very grumpy last night 20 min before closing. we were not there at 6:59. The cute baristas were upset they had to recount their drawer and steam some milk. pooor pooor girls. I’m glad you have a busy night ahead planned.

We don't live in the area and thought we would stop on the way to our destination and let me tell you 62 dollars and an attitude. I'll skip it next time and keep going to the next town. I have never been talked to by someone taking my order EVER. I never got my receipt and the man was clapping his hands in my face like he was never taught how to act. He was sooo aggressive but yelled when we told him to stop the attitude and stop clapping his hands in my face. In all honesty go to McDonald's, you'll get more respect and probably get your money worth.

The 2 coffees were to be breve, we got them and they tasted awful and were extremely thick, gag reflex kicked in, and then the cream curdled into solid chunk within 10 minutes. Both coffees thrown away.

Scooters is a coffee house. Most of their revenue is from coffee sales. I went to the location at 5:30pm and was informed that they had no coffee and that if I wanted to wait to get some she could make a pot but it would take awhile. Let me get this correct: you don’t close for another hour and half and you don’t want to make a pot of coffee you would rather turn customers away. The irony of this.

I have been to Scooters many times since they have been open. I have never had a bad drink and everyone is so friendly! My go to coffee place!!

The blended peanut butter cup was just as delicious as other locations. Frustrating that they wouldn't use my tumbler instead of a plastic cup. Staff wasn't all that pleasant after that interaction.
