I only gave a star because you have to. This place takes and processes one order at a time . It takes at least 30 minutes to get through the drive thru with only one or two cats in line. I usually drive off before my order gets taken . The owners are losing so much money and Sonic corporate should be ashamed and tale the franchise away

Signs says they are under new management. New management sucks. Both workers there seemed like they were high as can be. We had to tell them our order which was two basic items at least 6 times 3 to two separate employees. Neither one seemed to know what they were doing and when we did get the food it was completely wrong. I've gone here plenty of times in the past and never had any issues.

The company just needs to shut this store down If it is still the Rocky mountain Ford group who runs this, they just need to give up already ever since they've taken over it's gone downhill worst than before hiring all these people who were considered non-rehireable the GM who just got caught for stealing was on the no hire list way back 7 years ago

Food was barely warm and didn't seem cooked all the way
We have been sitting at this Sonic for over 30 minutes since placing the order and nothing. We drive to the drive thru to talk to them they say they will be right with us and again nothing. I mean come on people!!!!!! Still nothing. No food that has already been paid for, no service. No way would I EVER recommend this place. Still sitting here. Nothing. Can't get help, the app doesn't help!!! Total literal rip of. Never got the food or a refund!!!!!

the customer service was terrible, i went to get some corn dogs that were on a deal and the person at the window had an unbelievable amount of attitude when i asked for ketchup and then slammed the window shut in my face and all the manager said is we’ll talk to her. If you don’t want to be nice to people don’t work in customer service ?

Sign say under new management. It might be a lie. The breakfast burrito had chewy bacon and the tortilla was tough to bite. Never experienced anything like it. Both breakfast toasters were not toasted.
